The resort itself is nice, clean and modern. However, in the grand scheme of things, the cost doesn't match the value you get from this. We chose this hotel mainly as it has access to a swimmable beach. It's about an hour away from the airport which is better than having to travel via boat to other resorts. Pros (+) Was welcomed by the host, which was very nice - there was not only a shuttle to/from the airport but to the Strip - to Planet Hollywood where I needed to go.
Cons (-) Since the shuttle to Planet Hollywood was running every 4 hours, on the way back, I had to walk and it took over 45 minutes to do so.

We LOVED The Hyatt Place, not only did they have excellent customer service but we arrived into town earlier than expected...we called to see if we could check in early and they let us check in at 8:00am!!!
