Nice experience
Pros: Good car, nice people
Cons: Driving force didn't actually have the style of car we rented. Ended up with a tiny car. It worked out though.

Pros: From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the counter staff at the rental agency itself, all were polite and courteous. The car was ready and we were given good instructions as to the "after-hour" drop-off process.

Pros: Vehicle was clean staff friendly
Cons: Check in took way to long... knowing that they had vball teams coming into Edmonton for a tournament and rentals were going to be higher than normal on a wed they did. It have enough staff to help. Check in was Long and they were always answering phone thru out for shuttle pick up.

Pros: Upgrade vehicle was a perfect choice, wonderful travelling car, drop off time was excellent
Cons: shuttle from airport to sparrow cres would boost your business tenfold, work around that airport tax if possible, I was diappointed at what the charge would be for cost of shuttle service.

Pros: The van was very easy to drive, and comfortable. Very clean and new on the outside.
Cons: It smelled a bit like stale cigarettes inside, and it was a bit expensive for a 24h rental.

Fraudulent Listing / Driving Force Auto Rental is
Cons: 1. I was charged in advance by Allianz for the insurance BEFORE I rented the car! I did NOT rent the car and expect a full refund. 2. The description on the listing and confirmation indicates Driving Force auto rental is at the airport terminal. It is NOT. 3. When I arrived, I saw NO signs whatsoever for Driving Force, even at the car rental area. I had to ask another rental company if they knew where they are and I was informed they are NOT at the airport and I needed to call them and they would pick me up, etc. 4. A key factor in selecting a car rental agency was the airport location as I had a meeting 1 hour after landing and had to get through the rental car pickup process quickly.

Cons: First they take CAD500 out of your account as a deposit. They don't HOLD it- They CASH it. Next, when bringing the car back, they'll credit me after 5 business days. I don't like it at all !!!
