No one was at airport on arrival. A person from another company called them and they eventually arrived. Rental office near sunset bar rather than main airport drag with other companies. Pros:Everything was close by and without hassle. I wanted to save a bit of money so reserved the smallest car I could even though there were 4 of us, and three are 6 foot or taller. They gave us a Suzuki hatchback and it was great. Lots of head room and leg room and very comfortable.Cons:The car was a little dirty. I think that's an Alaska thing. We found a sock in the back. Also something we did not know was the high price of the 5 minute ferry ride from airport to Ketchikan. Not the car rental company's fault, but a sticker shock for sure. $70 for 4 people and a car.Reviewed Jun 29 2020

Pros:Not a thing! There's a MANDATORY 14 DAY QUARANTINE ! THEY REFUSED ANY REFUND OR CREDIT! THEY HAVE FILE BANKRUPTCY !Cons:GIVE ME BACK MY $ 500.00 !!!! Company new they where going into Bankruptcy and still took people hard earned money ! Honestly I will never use a third party to book any car rental again.
