Quiet, oceanfront, well maintained; friendly accommodating staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable Pool out of commission initially but staff made every effort to get it up & running as quick as possible

Great beachfront location. Newly remodeled. Lovely bathrombosis and useful kitchenette. You can walk right out to the beach from your room. Be aware that this side of the cape is very windy on the beach.we arrived late, office was closed, key left for us Wifi only works in the lobby. We had NO CELL PHONE/INTERNET SERVICE, this made planning trips using our smart phones or laptops IMPOSSIBLE. Beds are hard/uncomfortable.

Price was great - good location - staff was helpful - let us in earlier than the 2pm when we asked. Worth it as a quick - cheap get away with everything near by. Did not swim but the pools looked ok - also had a swingset outside if you have kids. Outdated - can tell it is aging but really what do you expect - for the price it is still worth it. Not enough towels - would still stay there again

Good location and clean. Nothing special but its just what you need. Beds and linens were clean, bathroom was spotless. Needs a facelift because its outdated but a good value overall.

The pool was awesome, so was the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful, manager was awesome. the beds could be more confortable but they weren't bad

Great place to stay at south Yarmouth. Close to everything, mini golf, food, and the staff were great!

Room was older but had been almost completely updated and was immaculately clean. Pool and hot tub were perfectly clean and great to use. Owner was very friendly and helpful and always said hi. Great small place to stay, had read others comments about the great location, cleanliness, and service and decided to give Parkers River a try and it matched all our expectations and all of the comments others had left.

Excellent location beach right across the road and a nice pool on site. Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was quaint. Excellent for walking and biking. Overall a beautiful community. Walls are thin and we could easily hear our neighbors walking around. I don't recommend it for a romantic getaway.
