Cons: The pool wasn’t working, it needs to be updated . Rooms smell very bad
Pros: Mold and mildew pervades the unit 304. Carpeting was atrociously stained and mildew Oder reeked.
Cons: All of the ground motel.
Pros: The staff was helpful. Gave us a different room when the first was unsatisfactory and cancelled credit card payment when second also unsatisfactory.
Cons: First room smelled of mold. Second room hallway was dirty and had dead roaches.
Pros: Location was great. Staff very Pleasant and friendly. Room was clean.
Cons: Room was musty smelling . I prefer the sheets on a bed to be fitted not two flats.
Pros: Indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of things to do on the property.
Cons: Outdated rooms Property needs work.
Pros: Sadly dated, bare, stripped down rooms smelling musty. Cafe not open till after 9:30 w/little to nothing to offer. Truly nice staff, AWESOME house pooch (Mason)!
Cons: In DESPERATE need of some upgrades.
Pros: Great location, outdoor and indoor pools.
Cons: It is basically a well run motel.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: No wifi in room, (Main bldg only). Way to much air freshener spayed to ty and cover up mildew smell. Mildew smell, obvious water damage looking at ceiling tiles. Tv was 14 inch CRT. 5 bars of soup no shampoo, bed older cheap spring type very hard and uncomfortable.
Pros: The staff were great! And the young girl in the breakfast area was great!
Cons: The rooms could use a facelift. The rooms felt damp and moldy. The pool could also use a makeover, looked dirty and unclean.
Pros: What a wonderful stay at the Acra Manor! I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels around the world and honestly have never encountered a nicer staff. I spoke with the owner the night before and asked for an early check in. I thought at most they’d let us in an hour before the scheduled time of 3PM. The gentleman behind the front desk said our room would be ready at 11 and they were true to their word. Once we arrived they were so helpful in offfering directions and explaining what events for scheduled for the evening. Really stellar work all around and we couldn’t have appreciated it anymore!
Cons: Not a damn thing.

Pros: Very friendly owner. And clean
Cons: Could use some updating but for the price it's a good deal.
Pros: Very clean. Michelle went out of her way to help when we lost my son's glasses, she even shipped them back to us!!!! Thank you!
Cons: place needs help needs to be fixed up and cleaned
Pros: Both Michelle and Bob were very friendly and Michelle made the best breakfast each morning. The pool was clean and loved all the animals on the property. Fluffy the dog was adorable..
Pros: Every thing was great but the tv didn’t work the last night
Cons: The tv not working the last night
Pros: Super friendly and accomadating hostess. Spit on breakfast. Will go back next year!
Cons: Perhaps give out 2 keys/room as people in one room may have differing agendas for the day.
Pros: There’s camping in the back, so the view up the hill is pasture. The town was once a popular Irish tourist area, on a quiet, but major road. There’s a tent and barbecue area out back and pool in front. The motel room had a kitchenette, but I didn’t use anything in the room. —We left without sleeping there—
Cons: It’s an older Catskills motel that was not renovated, so it has some structural issues. The first thing you notice is a rough and steep driveway, but in the mountains, that’s common. The room was next to the end unit, and the end unit was permanently locked up/abandoned. In our assigned room, the sliding deck-door could not be fully closed. I expected flying insects to come in at night, unless I could plug the gap in the door. That day there was an extreme heat warning. The in-wall air conditioning unit worked quickly, but smelled musty. (A Catskills motel room can smell off on a humid day.) Our assigned kitchenette room was an okay size. But it cost almost $150 for one night. At that price, I didn’t expect the room to be open enough for mosquitoes! The high price was on a summer Saturday during an annual festival. I think other motel guests were paying much less than us. The weather was bad for being outdoors, so we went home. We didn’t sleep in the room. There’s a camp ground on the property, but we didn’t look at it. They do not serve breakfast. Campers can barbecue on the property. A reviewer had said “Angela makes a good breakfast,” but Angela’s is the closest diner. It’s a few miles away.
Pros: The room was very comfortable and the people very nice. The pool was clean and I had it to myself on a hot Friday afternoon. All appliances worked fine.
Pros: One of my best stays at a motel. Check in was more than easy because I arrived and my key was in the door (no unnecessary forms to fill out). The room was big and clean, no carpets luckily, and my dog stayed for free. The area was so quiet and driving there was easy. Overall very clean and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There was nothing in the area, which was a bummer, but a short drive got us everywhere. Floor was a bit uneven and the door creaked (didn’t bother me, but I walked my dog late and didn’t want to wake others).
