The Hertz office is the size of a closet. The two employees who worked in the closet were just average with regard to customer service. The car had less than 1/2 tank of gas and the windows were dirty.Budget

Cons:
The staff was super friendly, the price was right but the cleanliness of the interior could have been better. There were crumbs and pieces of food and a big area of stickiness around the seat divider and cup holders - probably just a spilled soda but still, in the time of covid you want the entire car to be clean.5.2 Fair

Nothing. I have used Enterprise primarily for many years and do not intend to use them again.Cons:
The car was cancelled by Enterprise which decided to be closed on December 30. I was sent voice mail message two days in advance advising me it was cancelled. I had made this reservation months in advance. Enterprise was not apologetic when I contacted them.9.6 Wonderful
