Pros: This is a comfortable hotel in the middle of the Moravian district of Bethlehem. Nice shops, walking distance to many attractions. Don't overlook the ice cream in the gift shop! We'll be back.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to good restaurants and historical buildings. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room was very small for the price. I spent less for a NYC hotel at the same quality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm and bellhops
Cons: Room was a little small and couldn't open the bathroom door totally. Also the electric socket in bathroom wasn't working
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff goes that extra mile to please you
Cons: Pillows could be better on the bed
6.3 Good
Pros: The party and the staff at the party was wonderful. Beautiful bar.
Cons: Paying $10 to park when my room rate is almost $300 for one night is ridiculous. Friends that came to the party but didn't stay overnight were charged $8. Unacceptable. Check out time is noon which is nice and I was looking forward to sleeping in. I put the do not disturb sign on my door. None of this prevented the staff from knocking on my door before 9AM calling out "housekeeping" and waking me up!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We ate breakfast on the patio in front of the hotel. All in all it was a good decision, because although the cafe dining room is exquisite and so very interesting, with all the historic photos and things, it was nice to sit outdoors on a sunny day and watch the people on the street. The breakfast was delicious as was the coffee. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The coffee was tasty too, but it would been nicer if there had been a second wait- person though to bring us coffee right after we sat down and to watch to see if we needed refills. Our waitress was wonderful and very efficient, but there were so many people sitting outside that day the hotel should have assigned another wait-person to cover the outdoor tables. I also liked young ladies who staffed the front desk of the hotel desk and the restaurant welcome/cashier desk. The young man who helped bring my bags upstairs was extremely helpful and very courteous.
Cons: I liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Classy, clean and a great value. Top shelf place, in the middle of a quant little town.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. We were running late and got there about 10;30. The only seating offered was at the bar. Bar tender super polite. The gift shop needs to offer more to the general public. My husband thought it was a women's clothing store, which it is. Should sell basic things like post cards.
Cons: gift shop. Read above

The Sayre Mansion - Bethlehem - Building
3
9.3 Excellent (472 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Guests wishing to try something new will be astounded by the gracious hospitality offered by the Sayre Mansion. The property is definitely out of the ordinary in this distinct hotel that was built in 1858. Pennsylvania counts Sayre Mansion to be one of the best rated in the state. All of the guest rooms have been refurbished and are full of classic furniture items and floral prints. There are 35 rooms in all, and each differs in size, price, and decor style. Guests will find some rooms have large king-sized beds and others have queen-sized beds. Lovely views can be seen through most of the windows, and some guests even have large fireplaces from which to enjoy the crackling flames. Each room has its own unique flare. Guests can expect fine linens on their beds and their bath towels. Breakfast is served daily and includes a breakfast buffet. Guests can find fresh fruit, made from scratch baked goods, French toast, Belgian waffles, omelets, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Guests can also expect hot coffee. The Sayre Mansion has worked hard to create a business model that is environmentally responsible which is why they have EV charging stations. One of the charging stations is 80A Tesla specific. Guests to the hotel can charge their car for free, but those that are not staying at the Mansion will need to pay a small fee. The property is located just a few blocks away from the Lehigh Valley International Airport, St. Luke's Hospital, and downtown Bethlehem.

Pros: Warm welcome, friendly innkeeper ,comfortable room, delicious breakfast and cookies

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, felt like we were staying with family. They took the time to walk us to our room. Breakfast was very good, we even had a chance to sample a new pancake recipe that was amazing. Overall a very nice stay that exceeded our expectations. The room was extremely clean, probably the whitest towels and sheets I've seen just about anywhere. We'll definitely be back.
Cons: The only issue we had was the AC had a high pitch whine to it which we are sensitive to. Weather was nice so we just switched it off. Wasn't a big deal at all, most may not notice but blower bearings need to be serviced.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very cute b&b, staff are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful decor, cozy and clean.
Cons: It’s located near a main road, so you can hear cars, motorcycles and trains throughout the night. No vegan options for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, with Chris, our waiter, being very attentive to our needs. Our room was large and furnished nicely.Location was perfect, and made the continuation of our trip a breeze.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is up on a hill and when we arrived on the 4th of July, we had the best location for seeing the fireworks from the lawn. There is a nice porch with tables and chairs and the inside has a lot of antiques and looks very nice. The breakfast was in the dining room and there were many buffet items throughout but also a menu with 3 options for a cooked meal. Service was great. The room was nice with a wardrobe for hanging clothes.
Cons: There is no elevator so getting suitcases up the stairs is a challenge. Although the manager helped hold one end of the suitcase, it was still really tough. The bathroom was nice but little shelf space though there was a table with amenities that could be used and a chair.

Pros: I usually stay at another hotel near this one. This was my first time staying here. There were more amenities, better breakfast, the pool was great for the children, the gym was awesome, the staff were very helpful and made us feel important and welcome. When we left our room and returned, there was a note left, welcoming us and wishing us a great stay, but the best part was she wished a Happy Mother's day. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in , no one has ever did anything like that. The note was signed by "DONNA". I wish I could have met her to let her know how much appreciated that thoughtful note. Everything was above expectations.

Pros: is it weird to say the smell? As soon as we walked into the elevator from the garage, the scent was amazing! I had to ask the front desk what they use and he informed me that they sell their scent online which I already knew I'd purchase.
Cons: not necessarily the hotel but the walk from the garage to the hotel elevator was a bit confusing and maze like. And when carrying a bunch of bags it could get very irritating. Clear signage would be better.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very short menu - very expensive No microwave in room No freezer in fridgeA
Cons: Buffet breakfast cost $12.98 where every other hotel is free. Very small, warm dishes cold, not even cold cereal available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, staff were more than accommodating, especially Caprice. The way staff handled the unruly basketball teams, Hostos Community College and North Country Community College. Glad they were thrown out. We were next to them, and the whole night was disruptive. Unfortunatley, it gives a bad name to the rest of the teams and the tournament itself.
Cons: Ummmmmm, bigger store.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel met our requirements and the staff was very helpful
Cons: The hotel was listed as located in Bethlehem but actually is located in Easton, Lehigh Valley. We had to do extra driving from our event to the hotel because of the location designation.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location in the charming town of Frenchtown was great. The overall look of the room and the public spaces was sophisticated and comfortable.
Cons: Attention to a few details would have boosted my rating to excellent. The towels were ok, the window coverings in my room did not operate and were a bit weather beaten and I get it, it's an old hotel but replacing the 10x10 block of wood under the radiator in the bathroom with even a 3x3 block of wood would have made a difference aesthetically. As a solo traveler I would have like to see a lock on the window that opened on to a deck.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Location. Cleanliness. Services. They may have better rooms than mine. The building is nice.
Cons: Poor breakfast. Room has a very uncomfortable design (a big chair that couldn't fit anywhere was in the middle of the room and a lot of big pipes passing everywhere - also in the closet).
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants close to the hotel within walking distance. The room was nice albeit small with the king bed in the room, maybe a queen would have been better.
Cons: The area isn't that great around the hotel. Its not terrible, but not great. You have to park your car across an alley from the hotel with an electronic gate that is punch key accessed. Its not a garage so it isn't really secured that well.
