Worst company. 1: they are not at the airport 2: the charge you an extra insurance, even if we have personal insurance proof. 3 : the employees are very rude. One employee even hang up on the phone. 4: the car they gave us had bad brakes and the car key didn’t work. Overall very bad experience, not worth the cheap price.Reviewed Sep 25 2023

Would not recommend renting a car with Economy. The staff was extremely rude. The vehicle had obvious damage upon pick up and I when I asked staff if the damage was noted they assured me it was and I would recieve an email with the pictures that same day which I never did. I was also told the vehicle would have a full tank of gas which it did not. When bringing the car back the staff immediately questioned the damage (which was present when I recieved the car) I told them I took my own pictures as proof so they said I was fine to leave. I told them I wanted a receipt showing my charges and a zero balance. After communicating with 3 staff members regarding my request and being told it will just get emailed to me (which I couldn't trust at this point) I finally recieved my requested paper receipt.Reviewed Sep 24 2023

Scam artists. Hid a term far into terms and condition where they state that they don’t recognize credit card insurance or pink slip for insurance. Tried to add 180 dollars worth of additional fees. When I refused to pay it they denied my rental.Reviewed Sep 23 2023

Rental site is at off airport lot. There was no word about it when I was booking the car. Too complicated to get there, had to call customer service couple times to figure out. The app wasn’t giving correct info. Lost time with that.Reviewed Sep 22 2023

Sloooooow shuttle service; more than 30 minutes. Staff says shuttle runs on loop. Shuttle driver insists staff has to request shuttle. Phone always going to voicemail--took more than 6 calls to get a live person. Had to request shuttle 4 times. Indifferent initial employees-blame shifting for problems. Car rented had mechanical problems within 2 miles of renting. More than 1.5 hours total from shuttle call to final rental of working vehicle while there were essentially no other, or minimal, other customers.Reviewed Sep 21 2023
