Pros: We had an awesome time. Staff were wonderful even when we had an issue with our room they fixed it quickly and accommodated our needs. The breakfast was good and the hotel location was beautiful. I enjoyed every bit of our stay especially since there were 11 of us. It was great .
Pros: It is located next to the water with a park, walking, and biking trails it is a lovely location for families. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices.
Cons: It is next to Oakland International Airport. You hear when the planes take off.
Pros: The fact that it has a wonderful breakfast and is close to the Bay Breeze race area.
Cons: The front desk employees were not as friendly as previous visits and the room was not as clean and fresh smelling as previous visits. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel and when we mentioned this the fellow at the front desk just said," oh."
Pros: The weather
Cons: That I can't use a prepaid master debit card to pay for hotel.
Cons: A bit dated
The 130 room property provides accommodations to suit all your needs. All rooms are Non-smoking. The hotel provides rooms with balconies to oversee the spectacular view of the marina. The hotel has an outdoor pool and spa. There is a fitness center, and also running trail along the marina. The hotel also has a business center and provides a complimentary deluxe breakfast.
Pros: The best beds ever! Always clean and comfortable.
Pros: Great location for Raiders fans. airport shuttle. Great staff
Pros: We always get king suites with Hampton Inn, and have yet to be disappointed. This particular suite seemed a little bigger than average. Perhaps it was the floor plan.
Pros: Quick check in.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Pros: Loved the location. Felt safe, close to airport, and also close to the bay.
Cons: The roads around were a little confusing.

Hyatt Place Emeryville is centrally located for trips into San Francisco or a leisure day of shopping at The Bay Street Shopping District. The 175 Room Hotel that features breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay and minutes away from the Bay Area’s most famous attractions.
Pros: Rooms are great, liked the full kitchen and living room area.
Cons: Wish I would have know there was all sorts of construction going on in the building. It changed the way they operated their breakfast and the noise was something I could have done without in the mornings.
Located at the foot of the San Francisco Bay Bridge near Oakland and Berkeley, California, the Hyatt House Emeryville is within 5 miles of the University of California Berkeley. Enjoy the beautiful view over the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge. Convenient walking distance to the Bay Street Emeryville Mall and multiple BART stations.
Cons: When we checked in room wasn't ready but they did have an upgrade queen to king for $35 per night more. They charge $30 per day to park. If you want to take a guest to the pool they charge $30 per day per person. All the up charges made it rather expensive. The Meritage restaurant was not open. Only place to eat was small and not very good. It is an OLD hotel built in 1918 but upgraded. Rooms are small. The elevator permit was 6 months overdue.
Pros: Loved the look of the place from the outside..altho you quickly feel like an inconvenience being shuffled out of the way. The hotel is rich with history and has very nice decor..the room was big, with a big bathroom.
Cons: The trexk to the room was ridiculous, having to take two elevators and very long walks on different levels while carrying your things. The room floor needed vacuumed, you could feel stuff on the carpet. After we checked in, we left to go get dinner and you can't get out of the gate without a special card given at the front desk. Well guess what- oh, and it cost $30 for this parking privilege.
Pros: Wonderful location. Grand old building which has been well maintained. It had been some years since I last stayed there and the place seemed in better shape than it was.
Pros: Our oasis on the hill! The Claremont is a special place and I return there whenever I can; the location is central yet private and the staff is friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. Each staff member, from the housekeeping staff to the manager, smiles and greets guests and is not only ready, but willing, to make your stay enjoyable. When there was an issue at check-in with the room assigned. Frank Flynn quickly and apologetically gave us another room with no question. In chatting with Fracesco (I'm sure I have not spelled his name correctly-my apologies!) in the lobby, we told him we were headed into the city the next day; he not only cautioned us about traffic and crowds in the Golden Gate Park area due to a concert, he recommended alternative areas to visit-and when he saw us a couple of days later, he asked how our trip went! A special shout-out also to Mohammad and Zachary who took care of us for breakfast in the Meritage restaurant-their service standards and guest treatment should be the envy of fine dining establishments everywhere. They made the start of our days happy and pleasant and really made an impact of the pleasure of staying at the Claremont!
Cons: The charm of an old beauty like the Claremont is also sometimes what makes you miss some things you might find in a newer hotel; the HVAC system can be unreliable and loud, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, etc. But having noted that, the graciousness of the wide hallways and high ceilings easily make you overlook those modern facility differences!
Pros: The look of the hotel
Cons: The check in staff
Pros: Location - close to everything including freeways. Facilities were excellent -- pool, exercise room, etc.
Cons: They treated me like a second class citizen because I booked not directly through them. Promised me a fridge and I had to find a facilities guy who didn't talk to the front desk to get one. Told me there was a free breakfast buffet, but then it wasn't free.
Pros: Stay was great wished new more about it before we got there to enjoy the facilities
Cons: Food prices were a little high
Pros: The Sunday buffet at the Meritage was very good. The lap swimming in the pools and 3 free hours of childcare included in the resort fee was also very nice and an unexpected bonus.
Cons: Ridiculously overpriced for what it was. $26 resort fee and $30 valet fee on top of over $200/night for a tiny old room that wouldn't even pass muster at a Best Western? The room was awful - outdated, small, old, musty and generally uncomfortable. Noisy from the hallway, the bed was saggy, the comforter stained and 2 adults plus a baby in a crib were way too many to fit in a tiny standard room.
Pros: Staff was very good. Room service excellent and the pools were great.
Cons: I asked for a taxi to take me to SFO. Instead of a taxi, they had reserved a sedan which was more expensive than a taxi. I thought it was a little bit cheesy. I'm sure that some people want to drive to the airport in a fancier car but they should specify. I asked for a taxi, not a town car.
Pros: Nice pool, spa and exercise facilities. My kids had a blast at the pool - it was nicely heated and they enjoyed it despite the cooler February weather.
Cons: Our room was below one of the hotel's restaurants. 6am on a sunday morning and isn't a great time to be woken up to the sounds of tables and chairs being moved. It's an old hotel so it's pretty loud.
When I checked out they gave me a bit of a discount and said that when we checked in that the front desk should have warned us that our room was loud... they really just shouldn't rent out the rooms or if they do charge less.... but they'd rather put guests in a position where they have to complain to get a discount.
Even with the discount if was an expensive weekend that wasn't as restful as you'd expect for the money.

Cons: Reception and bar service awful. Card keys did not work. A/C stopped working. Small, crowded lobby. Shattuck area is not inviting.
Pros: I've stayed here several times over the last few years; I had a flawless, enjoyable experience each time. This last trip they even held some rather bulky packages / equipment which had arrived a week early for work, without question. The staff is always friendly, rooms are immaculately clean, and the location (right across Allston from the Downtown Berkeley BART, a block off Berkeley's campus, and close to several good dining experiences) is excellent.
Pros: Every staff member I encountered was smiling and went out of their way to say hello, open doors, offer to help, etc. Very impressive!
Pros: I really liked everything about this place. My room was very stylish, and it came with all the usual amenities. The room was smaller, so I'm not sure if I would be happy there if I had to share the space with someone else. I don't know if all the rooms are that size, or if I just got a small room because I was by myself. For just me, it was the perfect size. The AC works well, which I've come to learn isn't a given at many "upscale" hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is right in the center of everything in Berkeley, so there are plenty of restaurants, drugstores, cafes, etc. within walking distance. It is conveniently located next to the downtown Berkeley BART station. I didn't have a car, so I didn't need to deal with parking, but I imagine it's not easy or cheap. The restaurant has really good food. There is plenty of seating in the lobby/bar area to meet with people to discuss business or have a couple drinks. I just really liked it here.
Cons: They focus so much on helping each customer as much as possible, that several of us stood waiting at the check in desk for a really long time while one obnoxious customer waxed poetic about all the things he wanted to do while he was in Berkeley. They need to be more conscious of calling for help when a line starts to form.
Cons: Bar & restaurant were under renovation-- if I had known at time of booking I would have stayed somewhere else
Pros: Conveniently located in downtown Berkeley, across the street from the BART station and a couple blocks from the Cal campus. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice accommodations and this was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. I never heard a single sound outside of my room.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small but still very nice and comfortable.
Pros: Location. Front desk service was horrible. Room Service was worst. Terrible food. Had a hair in it. Oatmeal was lumpy
Cons: Service was way off.
Pros: Clean and vast room, everything working as it should.
Pros: Since my son started attending Berkeley two years ago, I only stay at the Hotel Shattuck when visiting him. Thus far, I've stayed at there six times. I have NEVER been disappointed in the accommodations. Admittedly, some reviewers complain about the price. But, hey, considering the location, accommodations, staff, and amenities, I'm not going to complain.
Advanced Purchase Offer: Save when booking more than 21 days in advance. Book now to lock in your discount! Restrictions and deposit apply. Shattuck Date Night Package: Get away from it all and enjoy a special night with your special someone.
Pros: Super friendly staff, helpful with dining suggestions, transit recommendations, and more. Rooms were very nice as well, really comfortable beds.
Cons: it seemed like the pool area had not been updated in quite some time. The hot tub was really relaxing though!
Pros: great pool, nice bed
Pros: Every hotel should have their elevators. Never waited more than 5 seconds.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the room which they attempted to resolve immediately. It was also nice to have a decent size room with a separate sitting and sleeping area after having been in a room for about the same price across the bay that was a third the size.
It was also 2 blocks from the Fireside which is a bar that one of my friends opened. That was the only reason I was staying in Alameda at all ;-)
Cons: The pancakes were pretty lousy (Sam liked the waffles though). The air conditioning would not shut off in the room and we had to have someone come and fix it. They were super helpful though and offered us another room.

Pros: Clean rooms, well maintained. Hotel and Bistro staff during all shifts is very attentive and asking how else I can be helped. Very pleasant and professional experience - am a frequent guest there and has always been a good experience.
Pros: Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, safe. I would stay there again.
Cons: Tv would lose signal sometimes while watching a program. I came down early to the lobby to order a breakfast sandwich and a Starbucks coffee, but the cafe wasn't open. The front desk offered other food from their market. It was all processed. I found peanuts and a bottled Starbucks coffee, but there was a hotel tax added to each item. Disappointed. Expensive.

Tailor the day’s itinerary with the help of the interactive GoBoard, which shows if the weather is good for wine tasting in Napa or Sonoma, a round of golf at Franklin Canyon or Tilden Park, a bike ride through Sausalito or a an MLB or NFL game at Oracle Arena or O.co Coliseum.
Cons: Email confirmation that room was ready came immediately; 3hrs later was still stuck in lobby because hotel didnt have any record of booking but hotels.com assured them it was there. Bad time was had by all.
Pros: Had everything we were looking for: pool, rec equipment, restaurant, internet, comfortable rooms with fridge, microwave, and safe. Even had a patio. The staff made every effort to make us feel welcome: said hello and asked if we needed anything each time we passed by. They accommodated every need expressed. The staff wore costumes on Halloween, which is nice for a traveler that can't be home that day.
We'd stay there again.
Cons: For those with allergies, they use down in their bedding but will fit your bed with an alternative if you ask.
Selected "Okay" on Comfort because there was an odd cloying damp smell in the hallways throughout our stay that could be overwhelming at times. They were remodeling rooms, so might have been materials associated with new carpet or paint. Some of the fixtures didn't work correctly and the dresser had baskets instead of drawers.
The cable system is from the '00s with limited selection and profers conservative outlets; no PBS, no AMC, HGTV, Comedy Central or other channels common to hotels, but has HBO.
The internet is open. No password or room specific login required. We were able to access at a nearby restaurant so take care when using.
Pros: Clean rooms, good location, free parking.
Cons: Windows were not sealed well, thus there were some noise from outside.
Pros: Location happened to be right for me. They charged more for delux double which was a little bigger but the hotel itself not good enough to charge more for that extra. Booking was no problem
Cons: Overall it was ok and staff were kind. The price was a little high. May be prices all high in that area. They asked me credit card for in case of room service. I dont know that $50 was actually charged and redunded back.
Pros: Great location! Easy free parking. Staff was nice. It should be half the price for what you get.
Cons: There was water leaking from the ceiling. The carpet is gross. Terrible smells. There was a man in the parking lot who appeared to be selling drugs, as evidenced by the stream of visitors he received over night. There is no fridge or microwave as advertised (none available when requested). Only one working elevator.
Pros: great staff every one was so helpful and friendly
Pros: Lobby bar. Walking distance from amtrak station
Cons: Phone battery was dead. Exhaust fan in Bathroom didn't work.
Pros: Location - close to Berkeley
Cons: 1. Heater didn't work. Got cold in the night.
2. It's a ghetto run-down building, branded as a Sheraton. I fell for the name.
3. Next to busy highway and streets. Woke up several times in the middle of the night to the sounds of fire trucks and cars and trucks.
Pros: Not much
Cons: TV did not work, no hot water in sink, changed rooms and tv still didn't work, yucky smell.
Cons: Spider crawled down from the ceiling whiel working on own laptop.
Ice machine did not work on the floor.
Down by the Bay. Centrally located in the high-tech city of Emeryville, the Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge is convenient to both downtown San Francisco and Oakland. Also, the Napa and Sonoma Valleys are a scenic drive from our newly renovated hotel. Recreation at its Best. Splash, soak and work out all of the stresses of the day in our outdoor heated pool and whirlpool. The options continue. There are nearby activities such as golf, tennis, indoor rock climbing, batting cages, and sports fishing. No smog. No smoke. The Four Points by Sheraton San Francisco Bay Bridge is 100% non-smoking. Breathe in the fresh air and take in the surrounding views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Berkeley Hills. Feeling empty-handed? Grab a cup of Royal Cup Coffee instead.
Pros: Close to downtown Berkeley. Clean. Great water pressure in the shower.
Cons: Could use another chair in the room.
Pros: Very focused on customer satisfaction. Nice healthy breakfast.
Cons: All good.
Pros: The room was basically clean and included a good selection of amenities like a fridge and microwave. There are several restaurants within walking distance, plus a BART (subway) station, and there's a Zipcar parking lot right next to the motel for those who can use them.
Cons: It's a little far from downtown, but still not bad. Also, this is a minor thing, but in many cases if I wasn't out of the room by 9 AM or so, it wouldn't get cleaned. The front lobby has very little space, and parking is cramped.
Knights Inn located near transportation to San Francisco and UC Berkeley a mile away. We are located in close proximity to North Berkeley BART allowing quick access to San Francisco Downtown. Access to the AMTRAK Berkeley Station is also close by. There are many restaurants and shopping areas close by too. The Berkeley Downtown YMCA is located a short walk and it is equipped with all exercise equipment and a lap pool. The Oakland International Airport is 15 miles and the San Francisco International Airport is 25 miles away. Some of our many features and amenities, including Free continental breakfast Free Wi-Fi, Free local calls Shuttle service to and from airport, A small fee applies All spacious guest rooms come equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, hairdryers and coffeemakers.
Pros: The neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. Awesomely diverse.
Cons: Older hotel. Could use an update but still no problem. You are downtown so it is a little noisy and there are homeless people around. But....this is what Berkeley is so don't be surprised.
Pros: The room, facilities, and staff are great.
Cons: Breakfast could use some work. It was okay, considering there is no kitchen on site. But it wasn't even good catered hot food.

Pros: The hotel is very nice over all - the rooms are well-appointed with good amenities, the free WiFi is very helpful, and the breakfast is particularly tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
Cons: When we arrived, having requested an early check-in, the room we were assigned hadn't been cleaned, which should have been checked prior, but the front desk was able to quickly reassign us to another room. We were happy from then, on.
Pros: We had to arrive late and leave early. Staff was attentive and courteous, the room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning left us rested and energized to start our day.

Cons: Mattress was terrible woke up several times and eventually had a bad back in the morning. The room looks like the cheapest remodeling from the 80's.
Pros: We booked through this site New Years Eve evening. Most hotels were full or costly. But we found this great deal at a great price. It over look the San Francisco bay, where we watched the fireworks at midnight. The night manager was very accommodating to our needs, especially with parking. To find a reasonable price room at a good hotel like the Hilton, I will recommend to everyone to use this site.
Pros: The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. We were greeted warmly by the front desk. Our room was comfortable. Though we only stayed for one day, we were glad to have chosen this hotel.
Cons: The water temp for the shower took awhile to get warm. Also, the tub water didn't drain properly.
Pros: Room is spacious with view and amenity look friendly.
Cons: Internet connection is slow. Car parking is expensive.
Pros: I like the bathrooms and set up of room
Cons: The kids that were unsupervised scattered through building
The front staff
Cons: The bilinds were not fully functional. Minor maintenance. That's all.
Pros: Easy highway access and good response to requests.
Cons: We had booked three rooms for a family business trip. One room had a cracked sink, two rooms had ill fitting front doors which let so much light under the door as a light was left on. One room had drapery that had holes in it.
Pros: Great room set up. Good desk and chair for a business traveler. Like the coffee in the lobby now as well.
Cons: Sad you have done away with glassware in the room. I think of motels as having paper cups and nice hotels provide glasses. I enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and don't like it in a paper cup. You have also dropped the level of amenities provided in the bathroom.
Pros: I had a room
Cons: I requested an early check-in by e-mail. I received a text saying I could check in at 2pm. Staff told me check in is at 3pm, period. Did not even check to see if rooms were available.
Pros: The hotel was very modern and clean which is a big plus for me, especially with children. I loved that it was so close to the Bay bridge and minutes away from SF. Staff was friendly and the overall location was nice and close to the water.
Pros: The View and breakfast were great
Cons: Elevator was dinging all night....and yes being so close to the elevator probably didn't help, but that is something that they should be able to mute for individual floors as needed
Pros: Easy highway access, decent size room and good response to problems.
Cons: We didn't like being charges 15 a day for parking and that the common areas were unkept even in the early mornings, ie overflowing garbage cans, ashtrays and glasses left from the night before on the patio area.

Situated in Berkeley, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Campanile, University of California - Berkeley, and Greek Theater. Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive and University of California Botanical Garden at Berkeley are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Character, old world, charming. It has a good vibe. Restaurant upstairs is excellent with good selection of wine. Walking distance to Berkeley shops and other really good restaurants.
Cons: The rooms were a wee bit small but comfortable. This is a very old building and built as a place of safe stay for women. There is parking but adds 20 bucks a day to your stay -not unusual.
Pros: The view of San Francisco was really nice from our room. That's the only plus I can talk about this place.
Cons: Everything else. For a 3 star hotel at a premium price, it was disappointing. While the beds seemed clean, they squeaked and creaked like they were from 20+ years old. The rugs where filthy looking with stains. And don't try using the advertised pool, where you first have to sign up for an available time slot and enforced to swim laps only. The breakfast, well, if you like bagels and cereal it'll do, but overall disappointing location. Absolutely would never stay here again.
Berkeley City Club offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive and University of California - Berkeley. Guests can indulge in spa services and enjoy American cuisine at Julias Berkeley City Club, which is open for lunch and dinner. Pros: The room is clean; the location is very close to some restaurants; The shuttle drivers were excellent.
Cons: A old hotel, need update;
Pros: Staff was exceptional and for as small as thier kitchen was the food exceeded my expectations. The only slight negative was the fact that this property is probably due for a face lift. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and value I received.
Cons: The food choices were limited and was very loud.
Pros: The staff was excellent room was great aand I had my child with me so you swam in the heated pool I would definetly come back
Pros: It was close to our family.
Cons: The guest room appeared a bit worn, but was clean. The hot tub was very foamy, either from a lack of chemicals or the wrong ones.
Pros: close to a Wal-Mart for basic shopping needs. Also, coming from the Midwest it was close to an In and Out Burger...delicious!
Cons: Kinda of a sketchy neighborhood. Wouldn't walk to the store at night.
Pros: Location, price and beds
Pros: Overall experience
Pros: great stay!

Pros: Rooms don't look how they do online- it looks like they've spent some money to renovate. It's nicer than I thought it was going to be. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Room was clean. Amtrack is near by so it's kind of loud all night. Staff was nice. It's worth the money if you need a room for a night or two.
When you stay at Marina Inn, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Greek Theater and University of California - Berkeley. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: GRADUATE IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL, VERY HIP, VERY UNIQUE. THE SHEETS AND TOWELS WERE TOP OF THE LINE. THE ROOMS WERE VERY WELL DECORATED. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. A VERY FRESH IDEA!
Cons: THE RESTAURANT DID NOT HAVE MUCH TOO OFFER.
Pros: Near my destination.
Cons: Hair in my toilet and bathroom.Told no parking available after I checked in and to park on the street. Not informed of construction until after I booked.I deserve a refund not a discount!!
Pros: Has a wow factor. Lovely decor., down to earth staff and great food. Quiet. We had a good price. The location was perfect
Cons: The room was small, felt cramped. We were stunned by the local taxes and fees - $93. I might stay out if the area next time.
Pros: There for a university tour on a Thursday, had a great stay. Room was comfortable and clean (for 4 of us on two double beds). Room was much bigger than SF hotels we had been at earlier in the week. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lobby was comfortable and the restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall, great place for a short stay.
Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was great - close to bart and uc Berkeley.
Cons: Bathroom window did not open and a little bit noise in the morning.
Pros: I loved the location - so close to UC Berkeley. I also loved Henry's. Ate lunch there and had after shopping drinks.
Cons: Housekeeping was very noisy - starting before 8 am on the floor I stayed on.
Pros: Comfortable, very very friendly and helpful staff, near campus, free wifi (slowish).
Cons: hairs on towel and bathroom floor...
Pros: Location to UC Berkeley
Cons: No air conditioner, very small room
Pros: Everyone is friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I loved my room and the pub is fabulous. Great food, great atmosphere and a fun design in the room.
Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like.
Pros: A very enjoyable stay. Very cheerful and pleasant staff who were always keen to help, especially Eric and Rodolfo at the Front Desk. I will stay again.
Cons: Grouting around bath need replacing (mould)
Pros: The hotel was located in the heart of Berkeley and only 25 mins away from San Francisco by train. It looks a bit daunting from the outside but inside it is extremely clean, staff are very friendly and the bar/restaurant is good. Rooms are not massive but adequate. Would recommend for a stay in Berkely or base to explore San Francisco.
Pros: The staff that couldn't do enough to make our 9 night stay as comfortable as possible.
Graduate Berkeley is a five-minute walk to campus at the corner of the city stir and game day buzz. We are steps from Shattuck Avenue shops and stops. A virtual post card from its counter culture past, Graduate Berkeley resides in the historically renovated Hotel Durant, making it the most storied place around. The lobby invites nods to the arts and academia, the well-traveled local and Berkeley’s Bohemian roots. Collegiate plaids mix with a faraway but familiar feel, like a home away from home.
Cons: Restaurant and bar staff were extremely rude. Warning if waiter offers coffe and orange juice to be filled in the cups on the tables it's $5 each glass. our bed sheets were dirty and had black crumbs inside when opened it. There were also hookers roaming around at night.
Pros: Upon first entrance, the rooms were very clean...although the hotel, windows and doors were disgustingly dirty. Staff at check in were amazing.
Cons: Bed was super uncomfortable...pillows were flat and lumpy. The walls were super thin, so you could hear everything. Terrible.
Cons: I booked and paid for a king balcony room and I didn't get that The hotel claimed that Kayak was responsible for the booking hence they couldn't accommodate my request for a king bed since they didn't have any available.
I couldn't cancel the reservation neither so I feel I was robbed.
I've use this site multiple times but I'm never using it again.
I was robbed since the quality didn't compare to what I paid.
Cons: They had my reservation listed as 2 double beds, when I in fact reserved and paid extra for the king deluxe room with a balcony. The receptionist acted as if I did not have a king reserved, until I physically showed her my reservation on my phone. At that point she then took responsibility for putting us in a king room like we reserved and paid for. Ridiculous.
Cons: Dirty, smelly, and very noisy. We did not have a good experience staying here at all.
Cons: - staff is terrible.
The staff said that the reservation with 3rd party cannot received Hilton HHonor benefit. very Sucks
- Room Service is terrible as well.
Try to connect a lot of time, no answer.
Pros: Excellent family pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, easy access to a walking path on the waterfront, exceptionally friendly staff
Cons: There is no complimentary breakfast, not even a box of corn flakes and coffee. Breakfast buffet was very expensive, so we drove out to a grocery store for food. For the in room coffee maker three guests received three packets of coffee and 2 creams!
Pros: Beautiful location on Marina. Staff is friendly.
Cons: Infrastructure is old. Wireless is spotty.
Pros: Price was solid, room was clean, parking was free.
Cons: Could hear everything going on around my room, woke up multiple times by random folks around my room. The hotel is fairly dated. The bed was not comfortable and nor were the pillows.
Cons: The didn't honor the price I had on my conformation and charged me more. They claim to only get the reservation from Booking.Com and no prices.
Pros: I like how this establishment did not honor my booking they gave me a ridiculous excuse and shoved me out the door
Cons: Fred the supposed manager was very unprofessional he tried to justify his BS by giving me two cookies which I almost threw at his face
Pros: Had an excellent time. Would definitely go back.
