Pros: Comfy bed. Spacious room. Big shower. Clean. Friendly staff.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice new hotel, nice staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly.
Cons: No complaints here.
5.5 Okay
Cons: We were disappointed and regret our stay here. The room was modern, spacious, and nice but there were crumbs all over the carpet, beach sand on the hardwood, hair/sand in the chair, unclean shower floors, and very low water pressure for the shower (trickling water). We told the front desk about this and we were told they would send housekeeping and engineering up immediately to fix these issues. We purposely stayed out a few hours and were hoping to come back and relax. When we got back to our room, the sandy floor was still there and the shower was still trickling. We called and were told the engineers will come back with a part. We had to call twice and told them that we had to go to a wedding. The engineers coming and replacing the part took over an hour. They were considerate of our time and were able to make it useable (only the shower setting would not trickle but pressure was still mild). They said they would come back the next day to finish fixing. The parking garage is also tricky and tight. You can see scratches from cars that were not able to maneuver in. When checking out, I made sure the front desk was aware of the remaining issues and they marked the room out of order. Looking back, I wish the front desk had just moved us to another room. We paid more to stay here (instead of the recommended venue that was closer to the wedding) and ended up in an unclean/unusable room that we could not relax in while they were fixing it. The hotel was nice and I wish I could give a better rating but it was just a terrible experience that we paid full price for.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff, location, room and the decor. The breakfast was great and the serving personnel there were wonderful. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we were made to feel welcome. Staff brought up extra blankets and towels right after we asked for them.
Cons: One of our keys was not coded correctly so I had to head back downstairs to get it re-coded - leaving my daughter and her friends waiting in the hall on the 9th floor. The iron in our room was not clean and left a stain on my daughter's dress when ironed. (Staff was prompt to bring up a replacement iron - thank you!)
6.3 Good
Pros: Not the best mattress, breakfast was just fair
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Private parking, secure, clean.
Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness. AC was nice and cold Breakfast
Cons: N/A
7.0 Good
Pros: Large comfy room and bed. A nice walk and good dinner at the restaurant across the street (at the Marriott).
Cons: Some staff seemed uninterested in answering our questions.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: second time I have stayed there. The staff is always super pleasant. Always go to the bar they have and each time the bartenders have been absolutely delightful to talk to. I wish I remembered their names for this review....I think the one we met this time was JaKob? The parking is easy. And it's free! The breakfast is decent. The rooms are super clean and the area feels safe. It was quiet at night. Really very affordable for all that you get! The workout room also great.
Cons: I liked my room better the first time I came, it was a larger king with sitting area, not sure if I got upgraded the first time, think I spent the same amount. Also, the non-city view is actually nicer as the city view overlooks the highway. The only reason I didn't give the highest rating stars is that the room was so much nicer style the first time. I will have to see which I got the first time and get that type room again. It's a little tricky to get back onto the freeway when you drive off so you have to be careful of that. We didn't go into the pool but it is tiny if you are pool person

Pros: The Staff
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The facility is in a good location to multiple methods of transportation, shopping and local attractions. The hotel decor makes it the stay more welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and had the necessary amenities that I needed.
Cons: I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last two years. I don't like that they only have three parking spaces in total to accommodate the entire hotel. It would be beneficial if they were able to make arrangements with a nearby garage or parking lot, even if it's for a reduced fee, for guests that have vehicles.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Room was decent with two queen size beds, refrigerator and microwave. Neatly kept. Breakfast was included but I thought could have been better with more items.
Cons: It seems to be maintained well but in a bad location with troublesome folks loitering around the area even at night. Cops were coming and going frequently. Could not sleep at night well enough. Management needs to pay attention to the surroundings as much as the inside of the hotel.
9.5 Excellent

Cons: No
9.5 Excellent

Pros: Courtesy
Cons: I like almost everything

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and new with a very friendly and helpful staff. We didnt check out the pool but we are excited to stay there again since we have family in the area.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel feels very new and clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful, The breakfast is a nice added feature,
Cons: The sliding door to the bathroom/closet is poorly conceived. It is a very heavy door that slides to either close the bathroom OR the clothes closet. It is hard to move, has no lock on it for the bathroom, and leaves a big open crack when closed so all sounds are easily heard from the bathroom. There is no way a child can slide this heavy door. There is NO dresser in the room - nowhere to store clothes except hanging in the closet. Very inconvenient. Even the nightstands have no drawers. No storage areas. Bad idea. The pillows felt old- fashioned, like sacks of flour. They were tolerable but not everyone likes this type of squishy pillow.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very very pleasant stay in an area which surprised us .Ideal for visiting New York City via a quick reasonably priced train .Obviously much quieter than Manhattan ! Super staff and the driver of the free shuttle was friendly and helpful . Breakfast area so clean and fresh .Free drinks accessible .We were able to use the laundry which was practical as we'd been travelling round New England for four weeks !
Cons: We didn't dislike anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed and room. Breakfast is yummy. Staff courteous and helpful. Good area, quiet.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The ability to do take-aways. No limitations in terms of the number of helpings one can have. I liked the fruit salad and smoothies. The brown bread was great. I liked the shuttle service offering.
Cons: The breakfast options were too limited. The idea of paper cups and paper plates I do not prefer. Rather provide an option. The cleanliness of the tables , I found most of the time I had to wipe the table myself before I sit. The planning and scheduling of shuttle times was not organised. Some staff got confused of the guest's request. It appears not the same book was booked by the reception staff which created confusion . Receptionist not providing sufficient information about the area , places of interest . No maps of the area to orientate ourselves, particular for a first time visitor in the country and area. We just felt the assistance and friendliness was missing from some staff (not all)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and everyone we encountered was lovely-kind and professional.
Cons: One little quirky thing-the bathroom door was a “barn door.” There was no latch and it rolled open. Jerry-rigged it with a washcloth.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the interior design was beautiful. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.
Cons: What I did not like is that I reserved a Room with 2 Queen beds through booking.com and when I went to check in the Room only had a sofa bed. The website needs to distinguish that you will be getting a sofa bed ¬ a real bed. the hotel said they couldn't change it because it was a 3rd party site. The next morning when we went to renew the Room through the hotel instead of booking.com they were able to change our room to have 2 physical Queen beds and it was across the Hall from our original Room. That upset me because I felt like they coulda changed us to that Room on the night of our arrival because nobody was staying in that Room at all. That was the only upsetting thing about my visit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to rt 95
Cons: No 24 hour bar. It is in an industrial/ office park

5.5 Okay
Pros: When booking it stated breakfast was free but upon arrival I noticed it was not. I also think the pool is very small. My room was great but you can hear the conversations of others in rooms next to you and running upstairs. Overall I could of stayed at the Hilton across the street as I have before for this quality.
Cons: Need free breakfast, bigger pool to accommodate the amount of guests that are there. Especially for the price

Pros: Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) stayed at this hotel July 2nd and 3rd, 2019. The hotel is very clean, close to NYC and is very reasonably priced. They were also accommodating about sending my hairdryer back to me. I accidentally left it behind.
Cons: Convenient location: close proximity to NYC.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly & accommodating. Very courteous & friendly.
Cons: Breakfast very expressive!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything. Our room wasn't ready, but within 10 minutes of us arriving, we had a room key. Very courteous and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Super easy check out. Will use again for sure.
Cons: The only complaint I can offer is the parking. Seems you don't have enough spaces for the number of rooms your have. We had to park pretty far away in front of another hotel.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was wonderful and we loved the live music at the bar and the breakfast was good. The room was nice and modern.
Cons: We were told by the staff that because we were a family our shuttle cost was only $3.00; however, when we paid the driver, he told me that I was supposed to pay for each of us separately. His attitude was not so pleasant and I wish there had been more clarity between driver and hotel staff.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to airport. Nice newly constructed rooms with excellent design. Eg noisy fridge away from main bed room.
Cons: Nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was super comfortable which was all we needed after traveling from Tokyo. Close to the airport, we did not use the shuttle Beacuse it involved going back upstairs and waiting for 15 mints. Short cab ride for 7$ did the trick for us. Had dinner there a bit pricey but good, easy check in and out. The room could have been a bit cleaner.. it was dusty and did not feel top notch clean and a bit pricy for this level of hotel. But for what we needed this to be, ( close to the airport and a good night sleep) it served its purpose.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Was not close walking distance to anything besides LGA
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The Staff
Cons: The Price
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is comfortable, shuttle to terminals.
Cons: Lack of soundproof, linens were really dated and with holes :( Not for the prolonged stay actually...
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were good, the hotel & location were fine. Room was clean, dark and quite at night.
Cons: The breakfast was poor, two of us had omelets and one pancakes and none of us ate them. A continental breakfast would be better. The room had a damp smell.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Food was poor. Make it feel like home make real hamburgers. It isn’t hard frozen burgers just don’t cut it be creative.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property was conveniently located to LaGuardia airport. There was not many restaurants in the area but great for staying close to the airport. They also had a shuttle that takes u there. The room was very clean and large. Modern decor. We ordered breakfast and it was very nice for the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Cons: The area was just ok.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hip modern vibe Close to LaGuardia
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: no early checkin
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds are heaven !!! The staff at the restaurant awesome We eat dinner and it was very very very good Above average for an hotel restaurant of this category

10.0 Excellent
Pros: How clean the room was
Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful newer hotel with great staff, clean modern rooms. Asked me at check-in if I would like a late check-out! Very Nice!
Cons: Only thing about this and other hotels in large cities with parking challenges - I wish they were more transparent about parking charges. Apparently this hotel does not offer self-parking, and Valet was $30/day which added 40% to the room cost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was friendly. Cleaning people were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: Everything was good to me no complaining from me
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and easy to get to location where work was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality very clean nice neighborhood
Cons: Parking cost too much but we were able to get on street parking and the rooms are a little on the small side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location. Modern and clean. Friendly staff
Cons: Parking was a little difficult although we seemed to be able to find a spot when we needed one. The roads in the area were being worked on so it was rough driving on them
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Room is neat. Two issues I did not like: (1) there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room when I arrived. A bottle of water (16.9 FL OZ, wholesale price) costs between 10-15 cents. To get into your room (price $220 including taxes) and see a bottle of water is very disappointing. (2) When I booked, the website (priceline) showed 'parking' indicating that parking is available. It is but the hotel charges $30 per night. This is hefty for a hotel in Fresh Meadows (this is not Manhattan), in a mostly residential area. I parked on the street without any difficulty on a rainy Friday night. For honesty's sake, the hotel should make it absolutely clear that parking is not FREE but is actually pricey. Other than that, I would stay at the hotel again and I do recommend it.
Cons: Exorbitant parking fee ($30 per night) in a mostly residential area (Fresh Meadows is closer to Long Island and pretty far from Manhattan). Lack of a complimentary (cheap, 15 cents) bottle of water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but the location. To far from the city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds and chair and ottoman
Cons: Everything was great no complaints
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Parking
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is quite new when we stayed there. The rooms felt fresh and were very clean. The bedding was comfortable too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel.
Cons: The location is not really close to anything in particular, and access to trains is far. I think you need to drive to stay in the hotel, and they provide in and out valet privileges for a flat daily fee, which is very fair.
5.8 Okay
Pros: AMAZING LOUNGE
Cons: When i entered the property i explained to the front desk clerk i was a triplet married to a 16 year combat vetern and he was just realized from orders so myself, our two kids and my 2 other twin sisters were en route to meet at the marriot at fresh meadows. I made it very clear as 16 years has made me a little knowledable of whats is taking place as far as the miltaries rules for payment. i explained it is always possible he could step in the door and get another order activating him for more than 30 days and we would not be able to check in because their would be no vacation . daddy is going to war. The clerk a woman then was super cool, nice and amazing interaction. All of a sudden to me but i assume when shift changed. The next man , said who are u? i explained and he kicked me out at 12am , would not even let me stay on hotel grounds so i could be safe until my 2 kids , 2 twin sisters and husband met up back home for us and holiday for my sisters and kids. I demand a full return of my money as using my mastercard assures me of Thank You in advance Natalia

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly and everything is clean. Super close to the airport and subways.
Cons: The free breakfast, it was old and cold.
7.5 Good
Cons: Breakfast was limited variety. Poor area, very dirty and long way from NY attractions.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts were fantastic, and the staff were always helpful. I arrived without my ID and they helped me check in anyways using alternatives. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling!
Cons: It would have been very helpful to have a washer/dryer available for guests and a way to open the windows to allow for air circulation. We arrived during a heavy downpour and most of our belongings were soggy - it would have allowed us to dry our clothes and shoes, which took a long time to dry because of the resulting humidity of so many items. We couldn't air out the room, so it smelled like wet feet most of our stay. Totally our fault, but there wasn't an easy way to fix without external access.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge dining area with great breakfast with bacon, quiche and cheesy hashbrowns on one of the days. Large staff preparing the food.
Cons: Shady location, dangerous if you walk the area after dark. But if you walk back-and-forth to the subway to Manhattan two blocks away you should be fine.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast! Good staff - found a parking space for me!
Cons: Parking
4.3 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and location
Cons: Size of the room didn’t match what was online plus we had to pay 75$ for parking

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just as requested. Clean room with a good view and the breakfast offered was excellent.
6.8 Good
Pros: Overall is was a good stay
Cons: The area was not too safe
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very prepared to help with any question for tourists. Maps handy to share with guests. Summary of most important sights handy for guests. Staff engagement and friendliness was huge. I especially liked Staff at the reception and at breakfast.
Cons: Perhaps for some location might be an issue (outside Manhattan). Best way to discover a city is by its public transit, NYC's MTA is impeccable; public transit gives you exposure to locals, culture, arts, local social issues, etc., something missed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked that is was very close to the subway to New York city . Staff were very helpful with everything . Directions to the city and local places.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Parking space

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Great water pressure. Sounds like a small thing but there's nothing worse than a wimpy shower.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in a great location coming from JFK airport ... AirTrain then the E Train and 1 block walk. Quiet neighborhood. Room was small but large enough for the large bed and luggage. Great water pressure in the shower. Extremely clean!!! Breakfast was included and was nice for being included ... both cold and hot items.
Cons: The A/C system was a little loud but it didn't bother us at all.

Pros: Very, very clean... Good Location, close to restaurants, markets, and subway stations. Staff was very pleasant an helpful. Breakfast was good but the same every day, no variety. Good value would highly recommend!
Cons: The view of the city from the rooftop is awesome but not enough tables, with a little work could be so much nicer. Beds are very hard and not comfortable. no vending machines.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: No body lotion or coffee in room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Just 3 subway stops to Times Square. Really great location. Price / quality / location ratio is superb for NYC. They also have a roof terrace - great views of Manhattan at night.
Cons: Breakfast is Meh (average) - as it is usually in US (scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, juice). But at least there's plenty of it - so you will definitely get stuffed before heading to explore the city.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beakfast was ok.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed is so comfortable..friendly and accommodating staff..will have a staycation again soon..
9.3 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Grt clean hotel good breakfast and very friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cons: It is very hard to turn into the hotel if you are on the highway since there is a merge lane so you are like turning right from the middle lane of a 3 lane road
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great, helpful staff, especially Tapan Patel ,Parth Desai and Leslie.Very clean rooms and room acccessories.Decent breakfast too ,no areas to fault anything except maybe Richard who seemed a bit different.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The service and the breakfast was VERY VERY GOOD.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable prices, clean rooms, complementary breakfast
Cons: Entrance is at exit of couple of free ways. It was sometimes difficult to slow down and enter the parking lot. Found 3 small spiders in one room and mosquitos in another. However the rooms were clean and now bed bugs.
6.0 Good
Pros: the location and it was convenient to the gas station
Cons: the breakfast was not good the sausage was either overcooked or not cooked eggs didnt taste cooked.
7.5 Good
Pros: Facilities were nice.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit poor. Checking in took enormously long because the desk man didn't want to honor the reservation we made through booking.com. It took him about an hour to agree to that price although we showed him the reservation. Initially he wanted about 300$ more than the reservation price! After insisting on the reservation price, he gave us a price close to the original in the reservation, and while I was still on the line trying to get customer service of booking.com he said - ok - I'll put in the price according to the reservation. The whole thing really upsetting and made us feel he was trying to cheat.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: disposable one way plastics for breakfast, no restaurant, very limited choice

Pros: The staff was friendly and the hotel had all the basic facilities to make you feel comfortable. A good mention is the 24h coffee and tea stand, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean but hot on warmer day

Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights because we were competing at this venue with the NPC: so it was good and convenient.
Cons: The AC and entire venue was insanely hot Our room was at the coldest level on the thermostat and it was still extremely uncomfortable and hot! We had spray tans and the heat ruins them. This was a horrible way to spend 3 days stressed out from a competition already and then extremely uncomfortable from the heat.

Cons: Those are the ONLY 3 good things. The property has hidden charges. They say it’s $100 security deposit however I was charged almost twice AND because they don’t take cash and it doesn’t state anywhere that it is a card only hotel. I was left helpless.the rooms are clean but the bathroom is miniature. Also do not get a balcony room it’s not a balcony it’s literally a box two people can barely stand on.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Slept pass breakfast.
Cons: A microwave in my room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, coffee machine in the room and a bottle of water, downstairs you could also have a free coffee and drink it up on the rooftop with a nice view of manhattan
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved how convenient the Aloft was to the city. The train station wasn't fair at all and the accessibility of getting to Manhattan was excellent! Good to see that LIC was coming along; couple years ago it didn't look like that!
Cons: We wanted to workout and the Aloft facilities weren't up and running. Also we misunderstood what view of the city really meant. Part of it was our faults; what do you expect we aren't from NY.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice quiet atmosphere and the rooftop was amazing
Cons: The breakfast choices tht was available could have been much better,it sucked so maybe you guys can change tht in future,i spoke to other guest that i meet and they had same complain.

6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel and room were nice.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. The eggs were terrible and on the second day the sausage were cold. I received an additional charge for staying at the hotel. I’m still trying to find out why. I had to repeatedly ask for towels for the room.

Pros: Perfect stop over onnroute to Philadelphia..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a "staycation" where my girlfriend and I enjoyed everything the Hampton Inn had to offer. (Even the cookies at the front desk. :))
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fine. I was trying to stay in New Rochelle, which was very expensive this weekend. Next time, I'll pay the extra and stay in New Roc. This was not close, took longer than the estimated 15 minutes. Bar was closed. Very few stores or amenities nearby, and staff was not helpful locating anything. Just wanted to buy some beer for the room. Comfortable room and exceedingly clean. No glassware, all paper cups
Cons: No glassware, all paper cups. Didn't like that. Pool near the elevator and kids tracked water all over the ceramic tiles in the space in front of the elevator. They need to put indoor/outdoor carpet in this space. A matter a time before someone slips on the water always accumulated there.

7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast, pool and fitness center
Cons: Shuttle to and from seemed like a burden to hotel staff. We were yelled at for not all fitting in the van and having to take two trips right up the street.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! Friendly staff.
Cons: Parking was limited and areas of the lot were not well lit at night

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and courteous. I highly recommend this location.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds.
Cons: There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and it does take about 25-30 minutes to get to NYC. However, we were not told that the bus back to the hotel only comes once an hour, is VERY unreliable (we waited over an hour three times and then decided to spend the money to take an Uber), and takes nearly an hour route to get back to the hotel. The Uber was $60 (not $40, as stated on the ad), bit it did take just 20 minutes from the theatre district. Also, check to see if your package includes breakfast. Some do and some don't. Ours did not. We checked it out, and it was a typical continental breakfast, certainly not worth $60 for a family of four.

Cons: The only thing that was not impressive was the home fries on the breakfast buffet.

Pros: Location and price
6.3 Good
Pros: I really loved the room. It was comfortable and very clean. There was a bus stop near the hotel so we could get around New York pretty easily.
Cons: When we checked in, the receptionist scanned our card 3 times and blocked it. We waited for about 20-30 minutes to get our room because the receptionist messed it up. During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 3am and woke us all up. We had to stand outside in the rain and waited for about 20 minutes until emergency came. Other visitors were there too. After the alarm stopped, we got back into our room and went back to sleep until the alarm went off again for the 2nd time. Those were the only things that we didn’t like at all. Other than that, great hotel.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty rags left in bathroom sink from last guest and maids left it.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: The place was torn apart and dirty. Powdered eggs for breakfast. Elevators barely ran and sounded like they were going to fall apart. Staff refused to get my wife an extra blanket. Just completely lousy experience!
