The car was reliable and thrifty on gas. The staff at the airport was friendly but finding the car once I had the key was confusing ( no signs and why is an Enterprize car parked in a National parking slot?). The lane drift alerts were angled poorly so it signaled while I was still in my lane.Reviewed Feb 23 2022

When I called to upgrade to a full size car, the associate was extremely pleasant and professional, when we picked up our reservation in Redmond, the associate told us there were only two vehicles available, a tiny Nissan or a a dodge suv. I’m just glad that we were t stuck with the Nissan!Reviewed Sep 17 2021

Great customer service. Car not cleaned before renPros:The customer service, ease of pickup and drop off was excellent. Very happy with the transactions! No hard upselling and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Small airport and no wait time in line to pick up. Drop off was during early hours and we only needed to park the car and put the keys into a drop box. VERY HAPPY with ease of renting/customerservice/ease of drop off.Cons:Car had not been cleaned at all before our renting it. Dash had soda spill and was sticky. Seats were marked up and had crumbs all over the back seats. Inside window was so dirty, we at first ran the defrost because it was just fogging up. Outside was dusty. Sonata didn't have fabulous pickup and at the seats weren't terribly comfortable. This doesn't reflect on Enterprise, just the actual make/model of the car.Reviewed Nov 14 2016
