We were on Emerald Princess cruise ship and had booked in advance online a car for a day visit to an East Coast Canadian port. We were given a call from the local Enterprise office to advise that there had been problems with the online booking system and that the were no cars available from any of the local rental companies. The phone message was very polite however since no phone calls are available when at sea, we did not learn that we had no car until we docked. We have rented many cars from Enterprise but your online rental system must be improved to avoid future disappointment.Reviewed Oct 21 2024
