Pros: 2020 vehicle and renting was fast and smooth

Cons: It’s a horrible dishonesty to say cars are available, such as a convertible when there is nothing when you get to the dealership.

Pros: They got me an upgrade which was awesome! The car still smelled new and had all the features. They were all very friendly.
Cons: I had to wait over an hour to get my car. Then there was some confusion about which car they were giving me. They seemed short staffed that day. They also require a utility bill if you are going to use debit, which I didn't know until after my hour wait. But they will allow you to pull it up on your phone as long as you can get to the pdf.

Cons: The car interior had a small amount of cigarette smoke odor.
Christmas Rental
Pros: Staff was friendly enough. Decided to reserve a midsize car on Christmas Eve so it's understandable the selection was minimal. We got a 2016 jeep. Drove well and was comfortable for five adults. I love playing the game of do I/don't I get the the insurance. I wasn't going to, but my sister convinced me otherwise. In hindsight we returned the car in it's original condition so the extra $$ on insurance sucks, but I guess I'm also grateful I wasn't in an accident at all over the holidays lol.
Cons: There was a quarter of a tank when we received the car. It's understandable we should return the car as we receive it, but it's so much easier and way more convenient to start a road trip with a full tank and not have to stop at a gas station basically right after getting the car.
