Pros:The car was clean, new, and the reps at the location were friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions.Cons:At my initial pick-up the branch was empty, doors unlocked, no one inside, no cars in the lot. Another customer was there for a similar pick-up time. When I went inside the branch the alarm went off and the police showed up. Phone Customer Service was eventually able to schedule me for a pick-up the next day, and thankfully I didn't need the car until then, but it did waste a few hours of my day and cause a lot of frustration. The pick-up on the following day was much smoother, the reps were quick and friendly. Probably just a freak occurrence, but still annoying. Still have no idea why no one was at the first branch at the original pick-up time.Reviewed Oct 7 2020

Pros:The staff was very organized, helpful, and efficient. Daniel Joyner (Danvers, MA) was a pleasure to work with. He had the van ready to go when I arrived. We did a quick review of the vehicle and he showed me how all controls worked. I really liked the electronic pad used to initial and sign the agreement - very easy & efficient.Cons:I would have liked the gas tank to be full when I picked up the van. I do not like picking up a vehicle with the tank half empty.... When I am racing to my destination on a long drive, having to stop to get gas is a dissatisfier.Reviewed Dec 18 2019

Pros:They picked me up making the rental convenient. Good service, nice people, gave me an economy rate (what I booked) for a SUV.Cons:Really wanted the economy vehicle; SUV was too big and more of a gas guzzler (but it was all they had left).Reviewed Dec 29 2016
