Cars come without cruise control these days?

Cons: I rent cars fairly frequently for work and enterprise seems to be the only company that I have any problems with. Sadly the problems aren't regarding anything that has gone wrong but more so they are trying too hard. Their customer service model is overbearing and completely over the top. Most people would like to get in, sign their contract, be smiled at and then be on their way. Practically 45 minutes later I was able to run away only to realize after all the over indulgent "how can we help" "anything else to make your car renting experience any better?" I found out the car had no cruise control for the interstate driving I had just rented it for.

Pros: Friendly customer service, clean car, good price

Cons: No mention of $8 toll pass or that last toll booth is correct change only. No mention that office would be closed on day of return (Memorial Day).

Pros: I have rented several times from this location and the staff is always the best. Professional, friendly, welcoming, responsive, fast and fun. Normally Nathan is the one who helps me out and he is a rock star. He is the example of excellence in customer service and professionalism. He remembers things from your last trip, your preferences, always spot on in getting you in and out quickly and makes sure you leave with a smile.

Cons: The car was horrible. It was listed as a midsize; however, it was a compact with a back seat. Absolutely no room in the trunk and crammed in the seats. That you can live with, what was most concerning is it would hydroplane on any puddle of water. No exaggeration. I rented for nearly 2 weeks and without fail whether it be a puddle from a small shower to a heavy downpour - this car would hydroplane. Driving through the storms which contained tornadoes was the scariest driving I have ever done. Please, for safety's sake, get this car off your lot. It is dangerous.
