Pros:Pick up was way too slow. But the drop off process was awesome. Just drop the key in the box and head to airport.Cons:The pickup at the pleasanton place was slow. Time is money. Sitting around waiting for folks to come and go to figure out what is going on....only to rent you the car that has been sitting on the lot for the whole time shows the need for process improvement at some locations.Reviewed Sep 14 2020
