The SUV that I rented was not there so they gave me a smaller compact car which was truthfully unacceptable but because it was raining and I had an hour and a half drive ahead of me so I took it. No one was at the counter when I flew back out and I am owed money because of the cheaper car that they gave me. It was only a drop off box for the key truthfully poor Service.Reviewed Apr 28 2026
