Cons: My flight was delay and they gave my rental away. After it RSVP it before. (3 week ahead)

Apparently a reservation doesn't mean you will get a car
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I reserved a car and none were available. I was informed of this at about the time I had scheduled to pick the car up. They offered a cargo van but had nothing else.

Cons: No one at pick-up point hen we went to drop it off and had questions, but no one to answer hem.

Pros: The offer of an available car.
Cons: The fact that the location actually had no cars available. I got to enterprise, and they had been sold out for days. Do not trust kayak/priceline for availability. Call the location! I was left stranded with no other options, since all rental companies in roswell close at 6. (Hertz is open till 11, but was likewise sold out. )
