We had problems with the 1st car being a "smoker" experience and a tire and sensor problem. We traded the car in 3 days into a 10-day trip. At the facility in Hartford, they only had a size smaller car which was not what I was paying for but had no choice. They attempted to make some accommodations regarding fuel which was appreciated. When I turned the car in however, the agent listened and treated me with respect and made a financial adjustment to my satisfaction. I will return to Enterprise because the agent did an excellent job to make me happy.Reviewed Oct 6 2025
