There was a problem with the car. After its been parked -- there was a problem with the emergency brake. It kept on engaging. Thus when you start it up, it will not drive because the emergency brake was engaged. At first we were quite worried, not knowing what was wrong. Almost got it towed. Staff was very helpful and patient. I understand not committing to a refund for planning the default statement shouldn’t be “we will refund it right back in return of the car” should probably be put out front that if after hours it might be delayed and or it may take up to two weeks. The car they gave me was tucked back in behind a truck and between two other cars at the back of the lot.
