Very negative. I was able to reserve my rental just fine but after driving 40 minutes out of my way to pick it up I was unable to actually purchase the van that I had reserved due to the credit card policy. Wasn’t a smooth one— first reserved for pick up at Davenport and drop off MCO, but then the agent called and said they don’t have a car for that, only cars for drop off the same location. I showed up for a car with the same location drop off then they said they don’t have car. Also thought my reservation was for July 26 even it’s shown July 20. They managed to get me a car — not the car I booked and planned to charge at a higher price so I showed kayak conformation then they honored it but still not a good car.
