Pros:Experience was awful simply because they didn’t give me a car with the reasoning that my driving license wasn’t issued in EU, however it is international and I am using it in Europe for many years. I think the reason was different! They simply didn’t have car because of the New Year overbooking however they have sold the rent via Kayak. The manager was rude! So I didn’t get car from them. Thanks to SIXT they still had cars and I finally could take it and continue my trip. There was also big problem to contact Kayak afterwards in order to return money. My phone was in roaming and I had to call to US call center from Europe to cancel this booking. I had to talk 10 minutes to stupid automatic computer voice before operator picked up a phone. And then she was asking me the same questions which robot has already asked 5 times. And with such experience instead of timely returning my money to my account and apologizing for negative case, Kayak is sending me a questionnaire asking if I am satisfied with service?! I am in shock with this approach! And please return my money and inform me respectively, otherwise I will have to make other relative posts in different sources.
Cons:when i picked up my car, the staff member there, kamil, was quite rude and idiotic.
Pros:Pickup was easy, although the rental office was a bit hard to find. That being said, the location is great because it's right next to the Ubahn. The woman who walked me through the pickup was helpful and great to talk to. The car (Skoda Fabia) was nice, new and clean, and unlike other European rental cars I have been in, had no cigarette smell!
Cons:The end sum was higher than I would have liked to pay, once taxes and extras were added on to the per-day rental price. Additionally, I did not know that the car I rented would require higher-priced Super benzine fuel. Although they provided me with a map for returning the rental, the garage was not marked at all and I was unsure if I'd even returned it to the right area. I could not find the key box, either. I wish that the map correlated more to what the parking lot actually looks like.

Pros:Brand New car. Book Volk polo, got Skoda Fabia. Staff was ok when getting car. Returning car was not ok
Cons:Full Insurance was crazy expensive rent car 11 days 360 Euro if full insurance had to pay 780 Euro. Better to buy from Kayak which is allianz a lot cheaper. You have to pay 10 EUR/day for cross border fee while i did rent Europcar you dont have to pay this. the car itself was 30Eur/day you have to pay extra 30% for this cross border! Return car late 6 hours they charge me 1 extra day with the border charge. Cant believe how this company can rip you off if you dont really pay attention. Do not use enterprise.
Pros:Car was clean, mechanically sound.
Cons:I requested a car large enough to fit six full-grown adults. When I arrived, the car they gave me (after filling out all of the paperwork) had four seats and two additional folding seats in the trunk. I asked the guy to unfold the back seats, and he did, but there was only about four inches of legroom for the back passengers, far too little for an adult of any size. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes to find a new car and redo the paperwork.
