Cons:I rented this car in Athens, Greece, intending to drop the car off in Corfu. The rental did not include a drop off charge, and the confirmation email I received specifically said the rental car total was 88.28 euros. However, when I picked up the car, I was told there would be a 400 euro drop off fee. The rental place finally agreed to reduce the charge to 200 euros, which, after taxes, came to 278 euros. They lied about the drop off charge.

Pros:Everything went super smoothly. The office provided me with a USB car adapter since I needed one, and gave me a free upgrade due to availability

Cons:When we arrived the baby seat wasn’t installed and we needed to walk around to find one and install it in the car. Took almost an hour.

Cons:The car had damage all over it when I picked it up. It otherwise worked fine though.

Cons:Missed connecting flight, notified Enterprise via email (didn't have phone service) and arrived a day late. No car when we arrived. Had to find one with another company at the airport (Hertz - they were great).

Pros:Car was big and comfortable
Cons:I had to deal with a diesel issue myself and add AdBlue which was annoying and caused the car to constantly alert for engine problems.

Pros:car was ready on arrival. easy to locate, and prior damage was already noted.
Cons:1. windows could have been cleaner. 2. signage for return location was poor. Drove past it and luckily this was very early in the morning so i drove in the open exit to avoid backing up or circling the airport again which would have put us in a time bind.

Pros:The FIAT Panda was a noticeable improvement in power from the lousy Chevy that we had in Santorini. The woman working at the agency was wonderfully helpful and instructive. There were no issues with pick up or dropoff. The car drove well and had A/C that was effcient, which was nice on the hot day we drove all over the island. I definitely recommend Maganari (the agency contracted by Enterprise) on Naxos!
