Pros:Everything was great until return
Cons:Said I would only be charge for what I used. Returned 8 days early on a 4 week reservation, and they charged me the same price. Didn't tell me until after they closed out the contract. I wouldn't have bothered returning it just so they could double charge.

Cons:When I arrived to pick up my car the vehicle was not available and I had to wait an hour for the vehicle to be ready. I believe that they had a week and a half to prepare the vehicle. When I got to my location we found out that one of the front head lights was out on the car. Why was this not checked prior to giving me the vehicle? I will not be renting from enterprise in the future.
