Trip to Napa
Pros: Excellent customer service!

Good customer service
Pros: Friendly employees, good customer service, enjoyed my time there. Especially being able to get the SUV I wanted that wasn't even ready yet but they rushed it and made it available.
Cons: Everything was good

Great service and great car
Pros: They recommended a Ford Fusion hybrid which was totally new to us. They said it was a very comfortable ride. We spent hours a day in it driving all over California and it was exceptionally comfortable. Saved gas money due too hybrid. Had plenty of power for our needs and no problems with it whatsoever.
Cons: Trunk space is limited but worked out find for us since only two of traveling

Excellent customer service
Pros: Eric, the agent in Sacramento was very professional and polite! The type of car I reserved was not available so he immediately got another car for me...and all this while training a new employee! Enterprise is lucky to have him.

Never ENDING NIGHTMARE
Cons: I put in SMF for the Rental, When got there, told it was 2700 Arden Way. Would not honor deal at this Location, Cab would cost $40.00, Best Price they could do was $30.00 More then planned. Still Cheaper then Cab. On Drop Off, Was suppose to be ACV Arcata Airport, but when I got to Airport with my Wife to Drop off, only Hertz and National were there. No Answer at where Car was Rented or nearest Enterprise Office. I got Customer Service at home and was told I could of dropped it off with National, as same company. The Next day when I was dropping it off, was told to park in pay lot and that Enterprise had a DROP BOX for Keys. Nightmare Never Ending!

Pros: Car was clean and ready to go
Cons: I reserved a "Suppliers Choice" price and was disappointed. When I called the Sacramento office the day before, the rep said most likely I would get a small SUV or mini-van as that's what they had the most of...and that's what I would most likely get... If I had know it was going to be an economy car (Accent), I would have booked it directly in that class and saved some money! Never again!

Cons: I input airport location for reservation. Upon arrival at airport car rental location I was advised the location was wrong. I had to rent a car on the sport for over $100 more. Did you charge my card for the rental as well??? firstname.lastname@example.org Sheila Jordan

Pros: I liked the blue tooth the back up camera the comfort of the seats
Cons: Only got 34.9 mph I've rented a Camry in the past and got 38 mph

Pros: Dropoff was super super easy. The car was really comfortable and easy to operate. We had no difficulties whatsoever.
Cons: Pick up took a while and my emailed receipt came under the name of someone I did not know. Evidently a former resident at my address?

Great customer service
Pros: I accidentally made my reservation for a different location that was not at the airport where I was going to pick up my car I reserved. The person in charge took care of me and honored my reserved price at the other location.

Customer Service was accommodating and professiona
Pros: They were able to fix my reservation that I had made a mistake on during a holiday weekend and even upgraded my rental car.
Cons: There was really nothing I didn't like which is why I continue to use enterprise rental car. The branch at Sacramento international airport is always run professionally making the process very smooth.

Enterprise needs to learn what customer service SH
Pros: ONE employee at Enterprise was willing to help me when they didn't have the car that I had reserved, but that was after having to go thru SIX other people. I will be using other rental car services in the future if I can avoid Enterprise. I'm pretty disappointed about the over all experience and would give a "poor" rating if it weren't for that one employee.
Cons: They didn't have the car I reserved and refused to work with me to honor THEIR reservation and commitment. It was very apparent with all of the interactions that they don't care about their customers.

Overall Enterprise was great
Pros: Car, service, and value was all great
Cons: Both employees helping customers were both having difficulties with the computers while helping myself and another customer. It was not the employees faults'. They had to call someone to "verify" something and it took 5-10 minutes.

Extra service made a big difference
Pros: My pickup was handled by Nathan, who took extra time to show me the features of the car, and as I had never driven in Sacramento, to plug my phone in and set it to a map program. What would have been an intimidating scenario, arriving late at night and driving an unfamiliar route, was instead a breeze.

Pros: error made n I booked wrong loc yet SMF would not honor rates. Attitude was not good of female
Cons: Attitude of female staff. Customer service seriously lacking. I rent from other agencies next time at this facility.

Car was not at airport location, had to cancel and
Cons: I booked thinking I had the airport location and car reservation was at a different off airport location that did not work. Had to cancel car res and get one at airport.

Bait and Switch
Pros: The car was good.
Cons: Kayak book me for an Enterprise location that was 30 minutes from the Sacramento Airport, even though I entered the airport as my location. Enterprise was able to honor my reservation. NO thanks to Kayak.

30 minutes waiting for a car
Pros: Car was clean.
Cons: Had to wait 30 minutes for a rental that I called to confirm the previous day. Employees were walking so slowly to get vehicles and apparently had to wash them. The guy getting my car said he had to go find one. He shouldn't have to go find one when I had a confirmed reservation. My coworker and I were late to a business meeting due to this delay. Worst experience I've had with a rental car place and I've rented somewhere around 50 cars.

Pros: Experience of driving a really nice vehicle; Unlimited mileage; Super Economic Efficient Vehicle; Lovely time; Very Accommodating.
Cons: The younger fee charge yet it was a part of the protocol.

Very unorganized company.
Pros: Car was clean and economic.
Cons: The clerk that gave us the car was very rude and tried to sell us a VERY expensive insurance with them. He actually seemed to be interrogating us as in a trial as to who and why we had purchase insurance through Allianz and not them. Stating that he did not even now what company Allianz was, come on! Then he continued to say that if we had an accident they would come after me for sure and so on and on. Also, we had to change drop off location because of a last minute flight change. We called 4 times and each call took us over 20 minutes to go over basics, for example, how much will it cost to drop off in in San Franciscoo instead of Sacramento. Answers went from $50 to $35 depending on the clerk. Last day we called in again and lady said it was $35. When we came into the San Francisco office, they had no clue about this, clerk said he would send a note to Sacramento office and he could not close the contract himself. I was flying out of the country, did not want to leave an open contract with CC info on it. Inmediately I had a bad feeling about this. I was completely right, Sacramento office did not even close my contract days later, I had to call and spend yet again another 30 minutes on the phone only for them to tell me they would charge me $75 as that is the fee and that they did not see any notes that said $35. In the end, the clerk was able to charge me $50, yet again, we were told $35. This type of situations only made us think how unprofessional they are. Bottomline I would never rent again with Enterprise.

Not Great, Not Terrible
Pros: Brandon at the counter was pleasant and easy to deal with. Both the drivers were also pleasant

When I picked it up I couldn't tell because they had all the windows down, the ventilation blasting and had sprayed heavy air freshener They wanted $50 more to rent the car for a second week Brianna was short with me when I asked about price matching another car rental company. She hung up on me
