Pros:Staff was courteous.
Cons:The car seats were very dirty, and car was smelly.
Pros:They staff are always friendly and helpful! They make sure you always get what you want. Tino the store manager is the absolute best!

Cons:1. Wait for too long due to many customers and long process. 2. The company tries to cheat me every steps, for examples, include insurance without asking, overcharge for gas prepaid, overestimate the gas scale and finally the final bill at car return date is higher than the bill at acception

Pros:The car was clean enough and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.
Cons:They didn't have my car ready and admitted that it was standard practice to try to upgrade people because they often don't have the right cars. The problem was that the cars they offered had terrible mileage and I was doing a LOT of driving. I ended up waiting 4 hours passed my scheduled pick up time to get my car.

Pros:The manager Joshua was helpful in the fact that I wasn't able to pick up the vehicle myself. He informed me to change the payment over into the name of the person picking up the vehicle which I did. That was pretty helpful and the fact that they worked it all out for me to get the rental in order.
Cons:The vehicle they tried to rent me was nowhere near what I had in mind. They (a woman) kept trying to insist about the "or similar" concept that if the vehicle I reserve is not available I will get the closest thing. I reserved a Nissan, and was offered a Jeep. Not long before they offered the Jeep, someone else was just given the "last Nissan". I was very upset. I mean, I did not expect the same model/year, but I did expect the BRAND or even a CAR even. Not a truck that would be taking way more gas than expected. (I was planning a 4hr+ drive). When I tried to explain to the lady, she could care less about the misunderstanding and told her that made me want to just tell her to give me a refund. Instead of being a good customer service rep, and work with me, she said "I'll begin processing your refund then!" with attitude and stomped off. Then she proceeded to deal with other guests before letting us know we can leave and don't need a refund receipt or anything. After my mate stood there looking stupid for a few minutes, she informed him that it would credit back to the card. She was so unprofessional and makes me not even want to rent with this company again. And I was even planning to change the date or something but after that I'm sure I'll go with someone else.
