|Open air all terrain||$55/day|
Pros: They staff are always friendly and helpful! They make sure you always get what you want. Tino the store manager is the absolute best!
Cons: This place is great!
Cons: I love them and i love their professionalism and hospitality when you come there! Great prices too!
good but problem with car computer...
Cons: the car computer which should allow to have accurate information about the gasoline consumption wasn't accurate and couse me confusion about the real gasoline consumption . beacuse the car was only half loded (???? i dont know why? it should be fully loaded!) i needed to stop more time to fuel it before getting it back and finaly i returned it with more fuel than i need to....
Pros: They were quick and wasted no time taking care of my reservation.. Plus very respectful and friendly...
Exceptional Customer Service! A/C Not Working.
Pros: Tino at the Bronx office was amazing! We had a last-minute reservation for a car after being stranded at the airport. We arrived as he was walking out the door at the end of the day & he didn't hesitate to open up the shop, turn the lights & computers back on, & help us. I have not idea what we would have done if it weren't for him!
Cons: My only complaint is the A/C was not working...for the entire 10 hour drive to get to Virginia. This was surprising since it was a 2018 vehicle. Spending over $500 for a Toyota Camry 24 hour rental with no a/c isn't really worth it. But the exceptional customer service outdid the faulty A/C issue in this case!
Cons: The car was not cleaned before it was given over to me.
Pickup made it convenient. Car was clean.
Pros: Price was god for this area. Staff was friendly and professional.
Pros: I was not able to get the car rental because it did not mention that we to have the credit card and person driving had to match... also I tried to use my debit card and they told me I need a pay stub AND a utility bill (which I did not have on me) so not only was I angry about having to travel all the way back from where we came from but she also mentioned how there was no ez pass with the car, so we have to pay our own tolls. She was laughing the whole time (very unprofessional) I was not able to take the trip that I had planned with the rental car.
Reservations taken, not necessarily kept
Pros: The car was clean enough and comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful.
Cons: They didn't have my car ready and admitted that it was standard practice to try to upgrade people because they often don't have the right cars. The problem was that the cars they offered had terrible mileage and I was doing a LOT of driving. I ended up waiting 4 hours passed my scheduled pick up time to get my car.
This location is busted
Cons: I have rented from enterprise in the NYC area for 7+ years and never had an experience this bizarrely unpleasant. Pick up took over 45 min, there was also a long wait for drop off. The rules regarding deposit ($500 held on my credit card?), adding an additional driver (they insisted on every driver submitting their own credit card even though it wouldn't be charged... hmmm... what?!), the fact that they wouldn't go over any of the costs at the desk ("we can't do that until we have the vehicle" even though insurance, fuel charges, etc are ALL STANDARD), THE FACT THAT I NEEDED TO ADJUST MY PICK UP FROM AN AFTERNOON TO THE NEXT MORNING WAS IMPOSSIBLE & EVERY TIME I CALLED I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER AND WAS TOLD I WAS ALREADY SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. In brief, worst experience I've had renting a car. Would love to hear a response from Enterprise Corporate.
Cons: 1. Wait for too long due to many customers and long process. 2. The company tries to cheat me every steps, for examples, include insurance without asking, overcharge for gas prepaid, overestimate the gas scale and finally the final bill at car return date is higher than the bill at acception
Pros: The manager Joshua was helpful in the fact that I wasn't able to pick up the vehicle myself. He informed me to change the payment over into the name of the person picking up the vehicle which I did. That was pretty helpful and the fact that they worked it all out for me to get the rental in order.
Cons: The vehicle they tried to rent me was nowhere near what I had in mind. They (a woman) kept trying to insist about the "or similar" concept that if the vehicle I reserve is not available I will get the closest thing. I reserved a Nissan, and was offered a Jeep. Not long before they offered the Jeep, someone else was just given the "last Nissan". I was very upset. I mean, I did not expect the same model/year, but I did expect the BRAND or even a CAR even. Not a truck that would be taking way more gas than expected. (I was planning a 4hr+ drive). When I tried to explain to the lady, she could care less about the misunderstanding and told her that made me want to just tell her to give me a refund. Instead of being a good customer service rep, and work with me, she said "I'll begin processing your refund then!" with attitude and stomped off. Then she proceeded to deal with other guests before letting us know we can leave and don't need a refund receipt or anything. After my mate stood there looking stupid for a few minutes, she informed him that it would credit back to the card. She was so unprofessional and makes me not even want to rent with this company again. And I was even planning to change the date or something but after that I'm sure I'll go with someone else.
