Pros:Chevy sonic is considered an intermediate size car.
Pros:The whole experience was wonderful from check in to drop off.
Pros:Easy, great personnel, car was very new and spotless.
Cons:Nothing - it was all a great value!

Cons:Have car pick up at airport like suppose to had to take a cab to get car cost $20 each way and I told you had a handicap person with us so needed car at airport
Pros:The staff at Enterprise were friendly and efficient. They even drove me to my house when I retuned the vehicle.
Cons:The car I reserved was not available so I was upgraded to a Chevy Equinox. I am an average sized woman and this car is more suitable for a large man. The controls for the heat/cooling and switching from radio/iPod were confusing. I never could get the seat adjusted to my satisfaction. There was no other choice available, and while I appreciate the upgrade, I did not enjoy using this car for the week.
Pros:Great staff. Also received email & call asking if we needed anything. Very professional. Thank you.

Cons:The price I was quoted was not a pick up at the airport location that I chose but an off site location that I didn't know until I went to pick up the car. Had to pay more than the quoted price because the taxes are higher at the airport.
Cons:Agency refused to deliver customer to home. Added extra day unwarranted. Return within 24 hrs of pick up
Cons:THERE was only one person in the counter with 15 people in line so it took awhile before we got helped
