Pros:The staff at Enterprise were friendly and efficient. They even drove me to my house when I retuned the vehicle.
Cons:The car I reserved was not available so I was upgraded to a Chevy Equinox. I am an average sized woman and this car is more suitable for a large man. The controls for the heat/cooling and switching from radio/iPod were confusing. I never could get the seat adjusted to my satisfaction. There was no other choice available, and while I appreciate the upgrade, I did not enjoy using this car for the week.

Cons:The price I was quoted was not a pick up at the airport location that I chose but an off site location that I didn't know until I went to pick up the car. Had to pay more than the quoted price because the taxes are higher at the airport.
