Finding the pickup location was a challenge. The taxi driver couldn't find it. The GPS brought us to an address but there were no signs indicating it was a car rental place at all. We had to drive back a lane and ask some people to be directed to the right place.

Pros:The only thing I liked was the car was new, most likely because it was an automatic!
Cons:This is NOT an Enterprise. It's Locauto car rental. It's complete FALSE ADVERTISING! I have a corporate discount with Enterprise and have been a loyal customer for years. Locauto doesn't allow the discount because they are not Enterprise. Insurance?? It's Locauto insurance! Completely different insurance than Enterprise! PLUS they hold from €650-1000 on your credit card! Enterprise never does that! You may ask: What IS Enterprise at this place? Answer: NOTHING except the sign in the front of the office! (Which is along side the Locauto sign). The fact is there are NO Enterprise locations in Italy! LAWYERS, LISTEN UP! You want an open shut case of false advertising? Look no further than this place!
