Pros:Arrived after closing in evening and they waited for us. Everyone was helpful and the car was new. Perfect!

Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up time took awhile and they did not have the vehicle I booked, but was able to work with me and gave me a good deal with something similar or yet better. Drop off was easy and quick.
Cons:The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (saw few stains on leather seats, dirty foot prints on back seats, and the drivers seat belt had a strong perfume smell. So I had to clean and sanitize myself esp during this pandemic I wanted to make sure everything was wiped down good before my road trip. It seemed like the car was just used before pickup so it looked like they did a quick wipe down of the car before I took it. In the end, I’d say the cleaning part could have been better.
Pros:Service staff very kind and professional. Willing to go out of their at to help.
Cons:Smelled of smoke. Interior and seats stained AND dirty. Outside of car dirty.

Cons:We reserved a full sized car at what we thought was Ontario Airport. Upon arriving at the rental car counter, we were told that we actually rented a car at an Enterprise location down the road (same street) but that they closed at noon and it was now 1:30. Why would they close at noon?? We were offered a very small two door economy car for $200. more. The agent then took 10% off, but we still paid $380. for a tiny car instead of $210. for a full sized car. We had to take it as we were left no choice. What a scam! We're not sure if it is the Kayak or the Enterprise website, but it should be clear about where the car is located!
