Pros:Super friendly staff, wonderful new car. Great winter tires, too, which was important for the season.
Cons:I booked this car through Kayak - the reservation was, I understood, to include all expenses. When I picked up the car, however, the local Enterprise representative charged me an extra "drop-off' fee. Also, the car rental location at the drop-off location wasn't open when we dropped the car off (at 4:00 in the afternoon) as it should have been. I don't know who misrepresented the fees, Kayak or Enterprise.
Pros:Convenient pick up and drop off.
Cons:The car did not have a smooth ride.
Cons:The address was the wrong location. So we took a taxi to the middle of nowhere and waited around until fortunately someone had a number for someone at enterprise. The rep then came and picked us up and brought us back to Hotel Šlisko where he thought we were supposed to be. The numbers listed in the email didn't work either.
Pros:The pick-up staff were friendly and knowledgeable
Cons:The drop off was terrible. The person was not present- he had clearly just walked away from his desk. We waited for 45 minutes and almost missed our ferry. We had to leave the car in a parking lot without knowing if it was safe or would be ticketed. Very stressful.
