Pros:The car suited my needs perfectly. The pick up and the drop off were both easy. The young man at the desk, Cameron was extremely polite and helpful. When I got the bill, it was exactly what we had agreed on despite the fact that we did an after hours drop off and no one checked the car. I am impressed and would use Kayak again.
Cons:I took the shuttle from the airport to the Enterprise lot. When I made my reservation I apparently made it at a different location. While the folks at this first Enterprise location were not exactly rude, they were not too helpful. They did not seem concerned with whether I got my situation cleared up because I did not rent the car from their location. When I indicated to them that I rented a car from Enterprise and "Enterprise" was the name on the building we were standing in, they were not moved. I told them it was probably my error but it would have been nice for them to take a moment to help me figure out what to do. They did not agree. They did call a cab for me - that was it.

Cons:We walked 3 miles to the pick up location and they did not have a car for us. So we asked if they could help us with a shuttle or getting another car and they didn't really do much to try to help. They couldn't make change of our 5 for bus fare, so that sucked, i know it was busy but I just would have liked to know that there was no car available.

Cons:Great staff. Got upgraded from a sub-compact to a convertible on my wife’s 50th (without mentioning it). Note: this probably won’t happen to you. That aside, they got us in and out in no time, took COVID protocols seriously. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Pros:The enterprise service was great as always... hassle free.
Cons:The VW Jetta we rented on the otherhand hand faulty charge ports and a driver's window that sounded like a witch being boiled in oil.

Pros:Car was clean & reliable & comfortable & very new. Pricing standard range, no hidden fees.
Cons:Long wait for an attendant in the lot when picking up our car, despite using the automated kiosk in the Enterprise building lobby for self-check-in. The road signage to return the car was poor, we circled through the entire terminal without finding the entrance to the Enterprise return lot, had to stop & ask at a competing rental company to get directions. The Enterprise return lot is in the opposite direction of the airport's general signage for rental car returns for most companies. Confusing & a time waster, glad we weren't running late that day.

Cons:So many choices and it takes so long to know which one is where, the shuttle picked us up at one place and then took us to one location, the second location came and picked us up so the luggage transfer was a bit of a pain. It listed a shuttle but this is not correct. The only shuttle service is to the main one on the airport, all others have to come and get you and transfer luggage, had I taken a car at the airport, it would have been almost double what I paid. Also when I arrived they did not have the car that I had reserved, they never do, but they will always upgrade you to a "better one" . My better one was a pick up, which was OK, but may not be for others. I was worried it would not get good mileage but it did. In the end all was well beyond the transfer of luggage, I had one very heavy one.
