Cons:I had a great experience with my rental, the only reason I give a good and not excellent on cleaning was because the car was washed before I got it, but was a quick wash, mirrors still had salt on them, was really hard to see merging on to the interstate from the airport at night and nowhere to pull off safely to clean them myself. But again, overall was a great experience
Cons:Who ever clean the cars didn't do a good job. Vehicle had a smell of Marijuana.

Cons:It took FOREVER to pick up the car because only one person was at the desk with two people in front of me and although I am an Enterprise member, there was no expedited process. Not impressed with that at all. at drop off the person had me park in a small space that I couldn't even open the car door. Had to wait for somebody to move the truck parked in the next space to get out of vehicle. Then, the sticker shock from a $200 rental to over $400!!! No bargain in that.
Cons:Disappointed car did not have cruise control. No vehicle manual in glove box.

Pros:Everything went smoothly (as always) with our rental with very little wait time. The car was clean inside and out!
Pros:The drop off at a different airport was easy. It cost a little less than we thought because we dropped it off a little earlier than we thought we would.

Cons:I made an online reservation and was given a confirmation # only to be told when I arrived that there my selection was not available.
