Pros:Staff was helpful and friendly. A smile and a friendly attitude toward the staff, in spite of flight delays and long lines and an airport terminal with no amenities, goes a long way. They've likely been dealing with grumpy, disheveled travelers all. Day. Long.
Cons:My husband and I have twice rented twice from the Heraklion Airport location, and both times they have seemed understaffed... an extra employee or two would go a long way toward improving wait times and the overall customer experience.

Cons:When I arrived to get my car the price doubled they told me insurance and bla bla bla and i kept two hours serching for another car

Cons:The car advertised was supposed to hold 5 and 5 bags. The car available- largest they had- held 4 and one bag. Could not accommodate our family. They said this was the fault of kayak, not enterprise. Obviously we could not take this car. We ended up in a much larger and better car from Hertz that was also substantially less expensive. Do not trust this site's description of vehicles overseas!!!

Cons:When we arrived we were given a much bigger vehicle than requested as ours had been given away to someone else. ( we were late and called to tell. The staff that due to our ferry leaving late) No one was there to accept the car despite their website saying they were open for drop off
