Pros:Convenient location for Jersey City Heights and was very affordable. Fairly quick and efficient check in and out. Friendly staff.
Cons:Car could have been cleaner. Would have been nice to have an ice scraper in the car -- snowed during my rental period and ended up using a hair brush to get the snow off!
Pros:Everything was easy and value was great for 3,5 weeks. I did almost 2500 miles and every places where i passed through Enterprise was there. It is very important if you are travelling to places, not closed to big city.

Pros:Asla made the check-out process very quick and when she noticed a bit of dirt in the car she did a quick cleaning job. She carefully explained any options I wasn't sure of and I was on my way with no fuss. When I returned the car Ibbin had my paperwork ready and I was out the door in record time with my receipt and a smile. Excellent service and a friendly place.

Pros:They had a wonderful young lady drive me to the metro after my rental. She was pleasant and professional. The car was ok.
Cons:I arrived later than expected and even though I had confirmed my reservation and they had given my car to someone else. The man at the desk was very dismissive of me. I found him quite rude. They then had to drive me 20min away to another location to pick up another vehicle. The car smelled so strong of air freshener that it made me nauseous.

Cons:I got a call to pick up the car earlier because they close at noon. When i got there, the car wasn’t available. They tried to give me a car that costs more.
Pros:This location is a bit out of the way, but the cost of a weekend rental vs Manhattan costs is exceptional. The staff was courteous and efficient. The car was clean and reliable. I will use this Enterprise location again if needed.
