Cons:I did not get the full size car I reserved
Cons:No call and gave rental to another customer. I was running late but not aware of the policy for no call and pass over
Cons:The car that I made a reservation for (an SUV) was not ready. Person at the counter tried to persuade me to get a Cadillac just so I would spend more money.
Pros:Very nice car, cheap price for the luxury rental.
Cons:Car had an odor to it, like someone had smoked in it.
Pros:It's certainly nice to be able to walk across the street into the first floor of the airport parking garage, to the rental counter and around the corner to get your car. I managed to pick a time when no one was in line. The service desk could not of been nicer and they put me in a larger car that I had paid for. It was also newer, comfortable and very clean. The price was fantastic. Who wouldn't want to rent a car for four days for the price of what you pay for one day and some other cities.
Cons:There were a couple times I heard a funny noise when driving. Not sure if it was the suspension, although the ride was relatively smooth depending on which Kansas road I was on. Very grateful that the car had no smokers smell at all.

Cons:It was not the vehicle I thought I was renting, however the vehicle was great.
Pros:The staff was very helpful, and insured I had a great experience.
Cons:That there were no hidden surprises, which there was the front driver side tire had a leak in it. During the night, it leaked, so I report told staff during drop-off and they are going to take care of it.
Pros:The gentleman in picked it up was fantastic
Cons:The first vehicle had mechanical troubles...and when I returned it, they tried to give me a similar vehicle that smelled like a Vegas casino and when I told them it wasn't going to work...they promptly set me up in a 39 000 mile filthy replacement.... I just accepted it as the counterstaff was condescending about the second vehicle.
Pros:lot check in lady was very helpful.
Cons:Not much concern not meeting normal customer service concerns,
