The employees tried several unscrupulous tactics to cheat me out of money: they tried to give me a car from a smaller class than I reserved, they repeatedly added extra "insurance" packages when they thought I wasn't paying attention, and when I returned the car the agent tried ripping out the hubcaps to make it look like I had damaged the car. If you do rent from them, make sure to use a credit card that will have your back and protect you from these thieves.Reviewed Jul 29 2021

Slow and obnoxious aervicePros:Took for ever to deliver and receive the car. I had no damage to the vehicle and was not charged any extras (I barely used the car) but found the level of inspection and threats of charges for anything remotely approaching damage obnoxious. The roads aren't perfect in México so of course tiny dents can happen without any way to avoid them. Normal wear and tear shouldn't be something a rental company threatens you with.
