I could not rent a car, because I was told that I rented a car via US site and it did not include car insurance, so they either wanted my credit card (which I did not have) to proceed with renting or pay 2 times more that I initially paid for reservation for the insurance, which is totally unacceptable. As a result I had to refuse, but I was not returned full money, europcar charged me for 3 days, though I tried very hard to cancel the reservation before the deadline, but was unable to do it because the mobile website did not work properly and did not display "cancel" button (I have a screenshot proof of that), so when I got home, I did not have an option to cancel the reservation and had to resolve the situation by calling to support, which helped to return the money for 11 days of 14, but still I had to pay 3 days and that is not even my fault! that is awful. The worst renting experience I've had so far.Reviewed May 14 2023
