The decor! The moment I walked I was in awe. The bar, restraunt, pool area, lounge area, exercise area, and staff were all colorful, fun, and chill! No microwave and frigarator readily available. TV was off center from the bed.
rooms were cool and it was in a cool area. liked it all
Very contemporary style, reminds of big city loft. Furnishings very nice. Huge shower, high end faucets and fixtures. Nice restaurant and bar. Great pool and party area. Concrete floors in rooms. I know it fits the look but it just wasn't exactly what we like. Small think really
the atmosphere, the ideal of making a place to stay that is not so ordinary. it's not that I didn't like it but I wish there could've been more mirrors in the bathroom. ( strictly my girlfriends opinion)
We liked the look of the hotel and that it was not surrounded by busy streets. When we got back to our hotel in the evening, it had 5 cop cars around it. The inside of the hotel was so loud you could not even hear yourself. There was a huge party going on downstairs. It continued on until late in the night. More cops came. The hall was super loud and when we asked them nicely to quiet down, they had stuff to say to us that was uncalled for. We called the front desk to ask them to see if they could talk to the other party occupants, and they never did.
It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The exercise room was nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Nothing
The quite and relaxed setting Didn't see security on patrol
Enjoyed my stay worth every penny Everything was great can't complain
overall design and look p-tac units were very noisy.
Hotel had a very a young and hip vibe to it. Different than any other hotel I have stayed in. Very nice. Nothing bad to say.
Overall fabulous. Clean, interesting, urban space. Good customer service and even a good restaurant.
The Gaylord Texas was a great stay. We had problems when I got to the hotel (but not with the Gaylord Texan) we called the front desk and they moved us into a larger king size room, large enough to fit two roll away beds for the kids at no extra charge. After this problem the vacation was wonderful. When I booked the hotel room I put down 4 adults where I thought their would be enough room for all four but when we got to the room it was a standard size king room with only a king size room. I was expecting a pull out bed or at least couch for 4 adults. I would suggest showing a room layout for the consumer so someone doesn't get confused with what they are purchasing.
Room was clean, if you have family there is a lot for kids to do (at least around xmas which is when we went) Glass Cactus club was neat. The pre-check in email asking what your preferences are... DON'T waste 1 minute of your time on that! asked for either a higher room/floor OR a view room... Specifically made a note in the comments that a room higher up was desired.. Got a parking lot, first floor room and the hall was FULL of kids and no parents! Kids were running up and down the halls all day and HALF the night... Also, restaurant staff was not very friendly, lost my reservation and then tried to make ME look like the fool.... But I had a confirmation email to prove the reservation.... So it was just a poor experience.. Staff was either great OR terrible... Grossly understaffed... I know for $220/night it felt more like a "fancy" 2.5 star hotel... I have had much better service at cheaper big-brand hotels and this hotels amenities dod NOT warrant the cost.. I had high hopes for this resort and sadly was let down..
Luxury, comfort, convience, surroundings, shopping, service, views, food, availability, decor, location to city attractions, privacy, local to airport. nothing
Always a pleasure Loud outside your room in mornings. Every employee is a tip whore. Get ready to dish out a lot of cash But they deserve it, ofcourse.
This was a great trip!!! I would suggest this hotel to everyone. It was Christmas Time and the hotel was very festive!!!!
Everything was wonderful
Pool and room temperature in pool area was not heated for enjoyment, too cold!!!
I loved everything there was to see and do there. Gorgeous! Everyone was very friendly. The room was tiny.
Looking at this place from the outside, you think it is going to be pretty Sweeeeeet! Overall it was, except for the room. Room was clean, but not close to being worth $250 a night. Room was more like what you would see in a 2.0 star hotel. Nothing to brag about at all. If the room was as nice as the rest of the resort you wouldnt be able to say much bad about this place. I would have to say they ARE understaffed for a place this large. Hard to find anybody to help you at times. Seriously, the staff was outstanding if you could find them. However, the rest of the resort was very nice. Actually beautiful atrium area with restaurants (Steak, Italian, Mexican food), good sized fountain, flowers, trees, and other things as well. There were quite of few shops as well bars and sports bars in the resort. They did have a Starbucks in the lobby as well (which made the wife happy as well as the rest of that loooooooong line waiting to get their fix). The water park they have (for guests only) was pretty nice. Adults and kids alike were all enjoying it. They did have a really nice bar there and also served food if you wanted to make a day of it. Overall, pretty nice place The room is a lot to be desired. Stayed at better rooms in a lot CHEAPER motels. Yes, it was clean, but for a $250 a night resort room, I would definitely expect more. A bit understaffed for a place this large. Hard to find anybody to help or even ask questions to, at times. Having to pay $19 dollars to SELF park is ridiculous But then so is $30 for them to park it for you.
The gaylord sent me and my 4 yr old granddaughter to the great wolf lodge to swim because their pool was closed and my granddaughter told them all at the reception desk what she was going to do while she was swimming and they felt so bad that they made her 4th birthday perfect. The only thing I did not like was the confusion at check - in because they could not find my reservation.
the atrium and restaraunts
I love the service .. They actually upgraded our room to suite because they didn't have a room with double beds available! I will refer and plan on visiting again thanks...
I loved having valet parking, help with my luggage and great bed. I requested that there be a crib in my room upon making reservation, (traveling with infant grandchild) and again just prior to my arrival AND upon check in. Went up to my room an hour later - - STILL NO CRIB. Was not able to call front desk from my room (used my cell each of THREE Times!!!) and there was NO CRIB delivered EVEN 4 hours later when the meal and speakers were done!!!! I left a nice tip for crib setup person, who, when it was finally delivered did a great job AND left a written 'thank you' note : )
We love the excellent service we have gotten from this hotel on back to back years, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Especially so with our concierge Tony Santos he was wonderful he helped us with everything we needed and more.
Hotel rate and amenities. Flight path. Loud. Shower net door was loud too. Couldn't sleep when neighbors showered after 11:00 PM.
That I have to pay $20 for breakfast. Now I see why that Denny's is still in business.
Overall hotel was what I needed when my flight was canceled due to weather. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a bathroom with nice towels. The hotel was hosting the "Texas Foosball Championship" and apparently they were told they had rule of the hotel because they were all over with red solo cups making noise, until 3 am on floor 10 might I add. should also note I needed to be switched rooms when my door wouldn't stay locked properly. Slightly frustrating night when I just wanted to try to get a few hours of sleep before beginning another day of unintended flying.
After my reservation at a nearby hotel was cancelled without notice, the staff at the Westin were welcoming and informative. Great experience.
It's the little extras. Retractable pen.. . Bathrobe.. . Leaf-shaped aloe soap. .. Extra towels. .. Chilled martini. .. Nice gym. ..Courteous shuttle driver. All in all, royal treatment.
The bed was fantastic and it was the best night of sleep we got during our entire vacation. Obviously, it's just a really nice and fancy hotel. You feel comfortable and clean the entire time. Would have loved to stay another night, but the rate doubled the second night, so we had to peace out. :( The staff wasn't terribly nice or attentive. Also, why is it impossible to call the front desk from the phones inside the rooms? Is this just normal nowadays?
I had an early flight and booked a room at the Westin the evening before to get some extra sleep.... Dropped my rental car off at the airport and it took 11/2 hours for the Westin Staff to pick me up at the airport after multiple phone calls and limited locations that they will pick you up at. Finally got back to the motel about 11:00 so much for the extra sleep as,.Not trusting the shuttle service, (they claim every 1/2 hour) we left one hour earlier so we could assure that we would make it on time...
Clean, quiet even during major storms and tornado watches, this hotel was perfect when American Airlines cancelled my flight 3 times from DFW to Austin.
Location was close enough to highway and airport to be convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony overlooked a nice green area with a lake. The house cleaning took our towels and didn't replace them one day. I didn't notice until I was getting out of the shower at 6am. When my husband called down to the front desk to get new towels delivered , no one answered. He had to go down to the front desk and retrieve towels. It was disappointing to find two employees at the desk when he arrived, but yet neither one had answered his phone call.
Loved the room and staff and parking 14.95 for a self serve fairly plain breakfast (eggs bacon gravy still had to make our own waffles). No refrigerator in our room. 3.50 for a water bottle geez talk about gotcha!
Comfort of room and quality of establishment. Breakfast options could have been better. Only 3 hot items to choose from. And room service was ordered. Menu price was 12.95 but once plate made it to the room total was $21. Why is there 9+ dollars in tax & service fee? Uncalled for.
The hotel was very nice, big, beautiful and wonderful location. My only problem was that the heat was not working in our room and the temperature outside was in the 30s that night. I woke up feeling extremely congested and realize my friend increased the heat to 89.5 degrees and was still sleeping in her pullover because the room was so cold. I didnt call maintenence to report issue because it was 4 in the morning when i realised the vents was only producing cold air and we were only staying one night. The girl at the front desk asked us how was our stay and i mention the temperature in the room. She asked if i reported last night I told her no. I have been fighting a cold since staying in this room. Other than that I would go back but I hope that they take the time to make sure thermostats are working before assigning guest their room. Also checkout is a 12pm two different cleaning ladies knocked on the door twice between the hours of 7am and 11am. Obviously, we hadn't checked out why were they knocking on our door. I worked in the hotel industry before and cleaning service knows which guest have checked by a reporr the front desk provides them. Other than that very nice hotel and the pros out weight the cons. You will not be disappointed especially since the hotel has a restaurant and popular bar. Also reasonable price resturant non chain food are 10 minutes away by car.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice and professional The price didn't match the room size also while I was there I didn't get much rest because there were a group of young teenagers in a room next door who kept making noise and going in and out of their room each time someone left out I could hear mind you I was there to enjoy and spend time with my fiancé before she left for California
Just overall friendly people and clean. Plus one of the most amazing place to eat in DFW is less than 1/10 of a mile from here! All male staff?!?!?
Very comfortable room. Trevi's restaurant was fantastic. Grout in shower needed to be replaced.
The customer service was excellent! They were very eager to help in all our needs. We were very impressed and would stay here again.
Wanted to add that management and staff were above and beyond accommodating . The double beds are just to small.
Great location an staff was very helpful
Staff was courteous and changed sheets upon our request, after we noticed stains and discoloration. Location was good. Filthy sheets and comforter. Stained and discolored sheets. Business center requested credit card to use computer, and charged to print when it had technical issues. Expensive snack bar in room. No Continental breakfast. Rooms need updating
The suite I had was great! A well appointed room in which the bed was situated to look out the window. Room service was great. The food was good and a lot of choices that were not terribly expensive. I liked the bathroom had a shower separate from the tub. I stayed in my room and had a wonderful stay. I would go again. The Mokra spa that's attached to the hotel was also very nice. If you are a runner there is a 3 mile course that goes around the lake next to the hotel. Getting to the gym was a hike, think finding your way around the hotel in the Shining. Going to the lower levels of the hotel the smell was rather bad. It smelled like sewage. However, when I got to the gym it was a really nice gym for a hotel. It was large and very clean. The locker room was much better than expected. It housed a dry sauna and two showers. They had amenities such as toothpaste, mouthwash, and feminine products available.
Outstanding 5 star property, lots to do on-site. Obviously, very expensive.
The most comfortable beds ever and the best pillows. The balcony overlooking the pool made us just stay in and order room service. Want to find a reason to come stay again. Everything was just great. No complaint.
Too expensive for the money n everything coz money there may be just for the rich people don't know what to do with their money staffs there look down on us coz we didn't wear fancy clothes or name brand bags will never go back there even I have so much money ... Nothing to like
Nothing There was a mouse in my room it woke me up trying to eat my food. I went to the front desk and they had nothing to say. Didn't apologize or offer to rememdy situation other than change my room. I need the sleep so I stayed. Would never stay again or recommend.
I never showed up
It was convenient to get to and from the airport There was no hot water
The price was fair The distance from the airport DFW
I liked this hotel primarily because it is a very good value for what I paid. Room was very nice and had a feel of a higher priced room. The hotel itself looks like it has seen better days although it is well kept, but it does feel a little old fashion and somewhat empty perhaps because it appears to be under-utilized.
Stayed here because our flight was cancelled. Proximity to DFW. Angelia at Aspen Creek is a fantastic server. Thank you for making this stay bareable. Unannounced $100 deposit, attached restaurant(s) closed has not been updated in a long time. Basic maintenance in the main areas non existant.
Locación one block from irving mall
The location of the hotel Room was dirty, they told us that we on get one set of towels and sheets for the week. The shower had hair in it and the towels had hair all in it. The halls smell like urine. Not good
Convenience and cheap
Dark creepy and shady looking people
It was perfect for the weather and it would be perfect as a family getaway or couple getaway. The staff in the morning didnt notice me or pay much attention when i spoke to them and the night staff gave me quick answers as if not wanting to talk, in all CSR jobs a smile should be practiced and friendliness for your guests to feel welcomed. The shower was not cleaned properly, I found body hair all over it and my door kept getting jammed, I wasnt able to get into my room the card reader was broken. Other than that the place is gorgeous!
The room and hotel were great for the money I spent (around $50). It's very close to the airport. The check out time is noon instead of the normal 11. There's a small mini-golf course, both an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. We loved it. All in all a good buy. The breakfast was not fantastic. Really the only downfall of our stay. The orange juice tasted like it might be going bad, and there wasn't much of a selection.
quiet, beds were very comfortable Very big. Long walk to the elevators
It was quiet and relaxing. I didn't like the long walk to my room as I was exhausted.
Total room cost of around $65 was a great deal....probably due to a little construction in the lobby.
The room smelled like smoke.
Evening Reception, and The Breakfast! Room AC wasn't the best in the bedroom. The entry to my room air seemed to circulate well, but the room got hot at night.
The staff were great! We had a group of teenagers camped in front of a broken vebding machine. After I informed the staff they promptly restocked the vending machine and fixed it. A few cons, as with anything. Overall, the hotel has a good location and I would recommend this hotel to future families passing through DFW. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my children. In addition our room was very warm. We set the thermostat as low as it would go and we still could not get the temperature below 71. Since we were only there one night we did not have it looked at. However given the attentiveness the previous day I have no doubt it would have been looked at promptly.
Our room was on the first floor and we loved it's location. Thanks N/A
This property delivered a good value for a quality hotel during a major event - state fair plus major football game. The location was convenient.
Great room space. Food is very good The location doesn't offer much other than proximity to airport. Airport is very close.
I was without power for 5 days when I checked in. They allowed me to check in at 1030 so I wouldn't miss the cowboys game. I called multiple times with questions, Michelle was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. There were plenty of fast and casual food options within 5 minutes of hotel. They took an extremely stressful weekend and allowed it to end peacefully. Literally nothing except the overly high non refundable pet fee. I wasn't able to bring my dog bc it would've doubled the price of the room.
The hotel was very centrally located to the places we wanted to go. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Very sleek and modern and very comfortable.
Engaging friendly staff, perfect location for my needs, close to DFW, easy access to major area highway. would like to see expanded menu at restaurant, but hardly a big negative
I like the parking The first room l stayed for one day was very dirty including the bed and the bed cover. No hot water to take my bath, l complained and no immediate response. The heat and cooling of the room was not working.
To be honestly.... None like Found bugs, so dirty, front desk service don't know how to read English. They gave me wrong room, and smelt so bad in building. Slept in bed was alright.
This place was horrible.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.the staff was rude, and there was construction debry evey where.

The price but you get what you pay for..... This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. All the doors are scratch to hell. The stairway looks like it hasn't been cleaned/vaccumed since the 90's. The toilet was leaking therefore it was running all night long. The towel rack was hanging off the w

It's not run properly .... Mgmt doesn't know what they are doing
Absolutely NOTHING! The room was filthy! There were cock roaches climbing on the walls. I requested non smoking and the room smelt of smoke. There were NO elevators and we we're on the second floor lugging all our belongings up the stairs.. We DIDNOT STAY!
no hot water for the entire stay, unclean rooms(hair on sink, butt print and urine stains on toilet), rude/indifferent staff.
Had a great stay.I was amazed to see such a huge change of the whole hotel! staff was so helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, modern and clean.breakfast had great choices, loved the free beer and snacks in the evening. Will always stay here.
The price. Wifi was good. Staff is friendly. Not anything terribly wrong that had to do with the room or hotel building other than cigarette smell. The location is confusing to get to from the cross streets, and the area of town made us nervous about our safety. The hotel appeared to be renovating as there was a large amount of debris in the halls. TV was odd, most channels were not available.
Cost, room, location. Small things like bathroom door can only stay open, cleaning staff did not return certain items from one day to next. T.v. cannot restart on same channel you left it on, it must return to "hotel" channel.
Kayak had a great internet only price on a room here. There is a free breakfast with make your own waffles, premade eggs, sausage, etc.. The staff was very friendly. Good location. Quiet. Clean. It's not the Four Seasons, but the room was great. Nice TV w/ HBO. Oh and the windows opened with a screen. Free parking. The last time I stayed near the Galleria, I had to pay $20 extra for parking. Great Value. The elevator was kind of slow.
The front desk staff was fantastic, the convenience of being at the airport is wonderful, and the view of the runway was spectacular.
clean, nice areas, modern the price was too high to be considered a 4 1/2 star especially located in the airport area of DFW, very inconvenient to leave and enter this hotel. I think the price was too high for this property that I paid.
This is not a good hotel for local stays. It is right on the airport and getting on and off the airport is problematic.
rooms were great-no plane noise as I expected. Bathrooms were large and quite 'stylish:)' I was confused with the actual 'gettting' to the hotel-but once I found it-it was easy to navigate.
Ease of check in. ProfessionalBlack out shades awesome. Insulated room from airport sound. kids in room next door screeching. Pool area is horrid. No plants or ambience. No coffee pot in room have to call and ask for. No insulation between rooms and I needed to sleep
The location, gym, room, staff, and restaurant. No complaints.

Right at the airport. Don't have to leave the terminal to enter the hotel. Beautiful interior; clean, quiet, comfortable room; great gym; nice restaurants; friendly, helpful staff. No Starbucks.
Friendly staff, I love the tennis courts and want to visit again to use the outdoor pool by the lake. The proximity to shopping is nice and very close to the airport.
Location in proximity to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly. Room service was good. I paid neArly twice the rate of a 3-star to get executive level amenities. We ended up in a normal king room. Not sure if that was a mistake or their definition of executive level.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Continental breakfast wasn't offered.
they had bagels out at 430 am when I boarded my shuttle to the airport first room had the door propped open when I got there. It smelled horrible. Looked inside the bathroom and saw that all the tiles under and behind the toilet were broken to the point that I had serious concerns about my safety if I sat on it. Second room wasn't much better, Stains everywhere, on the walls, carpet, furniture just gross. bath had someones hair all over it., Damaged walls from water issues with sloppy repairs and no paint. Toilet appeared safe but the seat was not attached properly.
The shuttle abd flexibility with check in time. The elevator was scary and the hitel needs updated.
The service in general: friendly and helpful staff, did not have to wait long for shuttle, breakfast was filling. N/A
The room was clean in general. It was close to the airport there's a shuttle that brings and picks you up. For the price we paid it's totally ok including breakfast. The receptionist wasn't friendly and the towels weren't clean even after they got changed. Sheets were stained.
I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was super friendly. I got exactly what I paid for. I was looking for a place to lay my head for a night, no frills, safe area and close to several venues. The rooms could have been nicer but for the money I paid it met my expectation.
Great cuatomer service Some prostitutes outside
I like the shuttle service (24 hours/day at 30 minute intervals), as well as the breakfast: not just the usual crappy continental breakfast, but sausage, biscuits and gravy, do-it-yourself waffles, and more! My tub didn't drain. It's not a big deal since I took a shower and so only a few inches accumulated. Still, it makes me wonder if the hotel, which is indeed aging, has plumbing issues. Also, ask about discounts. I thought I got a good price ($57/night after taxes) only to find that others were staying there for $40-45/night (they made verbal requests for discounts, rather than using the internet). This hotel would be a steal for $40/night. For nearly $60, I felt it was slightly overpriced.
Staff was very pleasant and the van service to and from the airport was timely and helpful. Thin walls made it easy to hear everything. Not the cleanest or newest.
The room took care of our basic needs. However it was extremely hot in the room everyday and the AC unit did not blow out cool air. The hotel needs updating badly. It wasn't the worst stay but I would not stay at this hotel again.
Location and breakfast Very small and noisy air condition.
Clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Like the range of food options - convenient snack bar in lobby, food in sports bar was better than expected, didn't try the fancy restaurant or room service. The food catered for our business meetings was quite good. Helpful staff. My room was on the side of the hotel next to the highway and I found the traffic noise a bit disturbing. If this sort of thing bothers you, you might request a room on the non-highway side. The fitness room was ok, and the pool was well designed indoor/outdoor, but had enough leaves in it that it seemed dirty to me so I didn't use it.
overall I rated the hotel excellent, the front showed great hospitality and very respectful. room service great and on time. the only opportunity was the staff in the gift shop not so friendly did not speak just rang you up I could have went to 7-11.
Oh My, What a hotel! I Laid down on this bed and felt like I was in Heaven. ( No disrepect to Starwood but this is the ultimate Heavenly Bed) What a room - Plugs for all your electronics. Coffee in Room and really nice bathrooms. Lobby has been remodedled and is a true gathering place- Fantastic!!! If you must stay out at the airport DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!
Shuttle drivers were extremely helpful and friendly
This is a great hotel and convenient to everything in the metroplex.
The rooms have been recently renovated and the hotel is convenient to DFW Airport, Grapevine, Flower Mound, Southlake and Irving. I used the fitness center and it's well-equipped and well-maintained.
The room I got was very cool! It was layed out with some odd angles and pieces of furniture that fit those spaces (eg, a comfy chair tucked in an angled corner), and was very well furnished (flat screen TV, very comfy bed, desk, etc.). The fitness center is one of the better hotel ones I've experienced, with 6 treadmills with individual TV monitors, plenty of other cardio equipment, and free weights. The indoor-outdoor pool is very nice as well. The hotel is very convenient to the DFW airport and surrounding areas, and they have a shuttle that runs to the airport. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way when I had a need. I will definitely stay here again when working in Dallas.
The automatic revolving doors to the hotel were broke and there was only one instance during the four days where there was someone avaible to assist with opening the heavy door. The rooms were very nice and he beds were very comfortable.
Was on business in the DFW Airport area and found this hotel to be excellent. The rooms were big and clean, and mine included a comfortable chair and love seat. The fitness center was very good by hotel standards (individual TVs on the treadmills) and the indoor/outdoor pool was cool. Since the rooms charge for Internet, I went to the lobby to use their free wireless service in the evenings. I would recommend this hotel for sure.
Nice hotel, clean room, solid stay. Recommend the upgrade to concierge level. For the small additional charge, received great breakfasts, nice 'happy hour' snacks, plenty of good soft drinks, water, etc., and even cookies at night.
I would stay there again. The Staff is helpful and clean room's
Indoor water park is included with your stay. We have been going to the Great Wolf every December for 9 years now. Our three kids have always enjoyed our stay here until this year 2016. Sadly this location is in decline and needing to be running at 110%. Staff very sweet and apologetic, but apologies don't get me my full experience for my dollar. Our room was not ready at 4:00pm check in. It took 2 hours and 23minutes to get our room. The Hotel did not offer anything for this inconvenience, I had to ask. (We we're not the only family who's room was not ready...many others were being told the same thing. The 2nd day 1/2 the water park rides and pools were closed. Disappointed this year. Reconsidering our trip next December. Might start new tradition.
The air conditioning in my room did not get below 74 degrees, This is completely unacceptable to me. If I knew that, I would have never stayed at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean however very old with very old furnishing.
Room was large and comfortable and very clean. Overall, the property was great. We were traveling with our teenage sons, so needed extra room and thought the suite with the sofabed would be a great solution. Room was good, but the sofabed was terrible. Sooo old, uncomfortable, with many springs poking through the very thin mattress. Even worse, there was disgusting, large brown stain on the mattress. Have to say we were grossed out!! Love the concept of the suite with extra space for families with older children, but the sub par sofabed ruined for us what we were hoping would be a perfect solution. We have been a decades-long Choice Hotels customer, but will probably check out other chains that offer suites next time.
Rooms looked fresh & clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Noticed mold on the shower curtain. Menu at the cafe in the lobby was somewhat overpriced.
Good on everytin All good
Rooms were clean Staff was friendly and prompt Room linens and equipment seemed old We had breakfast included in our hotel package, all it was: a bagel and orange juice
Location Food wasnt the greatest.
The area for other activities There was no glasses in the room. ..call the front desk..No glasses was ever deliver to the room..I call 2 times. There was no drinking glasses in the room
Beds, shower breakfasts cleanliness
The clerk was extra friendly which makes you want to stay at the hotel. Price/location was perfect. Breakfast charge added but didn't see anything other than bistro that charges too.
The room itself was excellent and you could easily see it was recently updated. The staff at check in was excellent. We were taking a mid-week trip and comparatively to other rooms in the Dallas/Addison area this room was cheaper than any of the others in the surrounding. The biggest issue we had was that after arriving at the room I went to the restroom and flushed the toilet....it flooded. So within about 15uminutes of being in the room for the night we were having to go down stairs to change rooms because of the issue with the toilet over-flowing. The staff was very apologetic and moved us across the hall to another room...I unlocked the door and the a/c unit was banging and thumping so loud my wife could hear it from the room across the hall. So again I went down stairs and had to change rooms. Again, the staff didn't give me any issues and changed the room without any questions. So as far as what the staff could do given the situation I couldn't have asked for much more. Still an aggravation that when all was said and done I ended up in 3 different rooms.
