Super easy to pick up the car. The person helping us was not pushy with additional services. The lines were short. The car was clean and ready to go. The vehicle worked perfectly. The drop-off location was closed when we got there which was not disclosed to us. That was inconvenient as we had to pay for parking for the evening and there were no instructions for any after-hour drop-offs. When we dropped it off in the morning the process was painless. The employee was equipped with some nice software to quickly process the drop-off via his tablet and we were in and out in 5 minutes. Very slick!

Staff were friendly. Having booked a BMW 3 Series car category I was offered an Alfa Romeo , this car offered was a joke, far too old, badly damaged with scratches everywhere and front bumper hanging off. Car also had nearly 100k kms on clock.....this is not what I expected from EuropCar - I declined to accept it and then was offered a slight upgrade to a VW arteon for another € 500, another joke. Finally after wasting 45 minutes hanging around waiting to get this sorted I was offered a Ford Kuga , definite downgrade but in good condition and reasonably new (30k KM's) so I accepted just to get out of the place and on the road. Overall very disappointed in EuropCar

Not enough staff on check in for car, only one staff behind counter. On returning the car only 2 staff dealing with pick up and drop off customers which took some time. Not staff being slow, some awkward customers asking irrelevant questions.

The shuttle bus location could have been made much clearer to us. The shuttle bus there took a long time to come, on arrival there was then a large queue. Once through that l good, good quality car, drop off was much better!
