The vehicle I rented had serious issues once I hit 48mph the engine got extremely loud. And the dashboard was haunted it would continue to do things like turn the air constantly after turning it off, changing the radio station, changed the settings all while driving the vehicle.

Pros:

Extremely helpful at both pick-up and drop-off locations, their servers were down at pick-up but they handled it well and we were even able to find a car that better suited my needs! Was able to drop off at a location closer to me.

Cons:

Probably could have used an extra pass with the vacuum, but we rented a large cargo van so not too upset about it.

Cons:

The Orange park location was listed as open on the website but actually Closed!!!! I needed to cancel the trip.

Pros:

The staff was very polite and professional. The van drove great. I got a great price, I thought, too.

Cons:

I did wish the staff was wearing a mask (it's covid-19 time right now), esp when in the office, and, while cleaning the interior of the vehicle. I had to wipe it all down myself again, as the virus is spread by exhalations. I didn't mind I waited an hour to get going after pick up time, because they are short staffed due to the virus, though.
