Pros. This hotel had a wonderful location (you could see the Duomo from the entrance), friendly and informative staff, and while we did not try the breakfast (continental) it did look nice.
Cons. While I’m coming to the realization that many beds in Italy are quite hard, this one fit right in. The room was clean however and I would have no problem staying here again if I caught myself back in Florence.
