Pros: Judy and Jim are perfect hosts. The breakfasts were excellent and we always enjoy staying at The Cobbled Path. The location in Stevensville is close to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, but provides a quiet respite from these busy tourist locations.
Pros: Quiet residential area away from the chaos and commercialism of Niagara Falls. The hosts are lovely people and the breakfast is hearty and delicious. Enjoyed having 2 bedrooms for the 4 of us.
Cons: No private living area with tv, just shared lounge downstairs.
Pros: The pancakes and the toppings were excellent. I liked the fresh fruit and the orange juice. There was a good selection of teas. The owners and other guests were very pleasant. The rooms were large and conveniently arranged. The bathroom vanity is always important to me. It is important that it is spacious enough for my husband and I to put out our toiletries.

Pros: Deirdre was an accommodating and welcoming host. She made us feel at home right away, and was happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Cons: There's no reason NOT to have coffee available for all guests. I woke up after an all-day drive and it was only available for a cost at the restaurant. #no. It seems as though the restaurant (independent contractor) has you held hostage. Complimentary breakfast would be a great idea, especially for the cost of your rooms. It would be very easy for any guest to choose Holiday Inn Express, which is friendlier (offers comp. breakfast/coffee). That certainly would up your customer experience.
Pros: It served our purpose as far as location. Friendly staff and nice size room.
Cons: Seems like hotel is in transition. No liquor license, limited food service, tubs hard to get in and out of and no fan in bathroom. No mini bar in room or area to purchase small items downstairs.
Pros: Very nice hotel with very welcoming helpful staff.
Pros: I like the pool and it was very relaxing thanks Clarion for making my experience great !
Cons: The fact that I did not receive my deposits back , checked in July 4th 2019 and checked out july7th 2019 and today is August 1 2019 and still didn’t receive anything . Manager and supervisor were suppose to call back , didn’t receive not one call from them !
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice staff. nice location, peace and quiet.
Cons: Bar and restaurant were not open. Desk clerk was not customer friendly.
Pros: Great to have a restaurant on site. Due to handicap needed a walk-in shower --and there it was by the swimming pool. All worked out oK
Cons: No ice machine on 2nd floor so had to go down to find out it is UP on 3rd flloor!! (Big deal!!)
Cons: Stay away from this hotel. My wife and I booked this hotel for the long August weekend. We were given the a room with two double beds. Upon inspecting the beds we discovered all kinds of human hair attached to the bed sheets. We were then upgraded to a suit. More hairs on the bed sheets plus old coffee cups left on the window sills. Also half eaten crackers under the beds that were left there for the three days that we stayed. The furniture in the Suite is very old and very dirty. Do not book this hotel.
Pros: bed, pillows comfortable, room clean.
Pros: Everything. The staff is so nice.
Cons: My jacuzzi had white soap scum around the bottom.
Pros: Hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, well decorated, and clean. Much nicer rooms than expected from a typical Holiday Inn Express. Will stay here again if I'm back in Buffalo.
Cons: Must use offsite parking, but there are multiple garages within a short walk that charge reasonable rates.

Pros: Selection ok. Good to have tea and coffee available all day.
Cons: The breakfast room was very crowded and warm. The selection was ok. Regular top ups were done. It was sad to see so much single use plastic in use and while understandable it is maybe something Comfort Inn could look in to.
Pros: Front desk very helpful with getting me a taxi to an important event!
Pros: Very helpful staff
Pros: Nice hotel. Good location
Cons: Front desk was horrible and not willing to accommodate my needs. Was told i dont care, not my problem. Whats the point of having a bbq if theres never gas available

Pros: Location is conveniently right at Canadian side of the border, the rooms are big and comfortable, and the price is a good value.
Cons: Breakfast room too small for the crowd
Pros: Not many choices but seems to be the best that there is in the area
Cons: Typical low end breakfast but at least there was 24 hour refreshments
Pros: the breakfast is good enough!
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Bed very comfortable and room very clean.
Pros: Television did not work. Two trips and phone call from the house manger to our room failed to get tv to work.Truly appreciated his efforts and politeness.

Pros: Haven Motel was a great place to stay for the night en route to the States. It had all that we wanted and was clean and quiet.
Pros: We were in town for the War re-enactment, it’s close to that. Close to Walmart, convenience store and fast food places.
Cons: Even with the AC it’s still warm in the rooms. We went to Walmart and bought a fan to help. We only needed it for one night so it wasn’t bad.
Pros: The owner and staff are nice and friendly. The room was clean and a fair size. The bed was comfy. The hotel is located in a good area of town. Grocery store, restaurants and other stores in walking distance. Gas station is practically next door. Close to the Peace Bridge, Old Fort Erie and the scenic Niagara Pkwy. Over all, was a good stay for what we were doing.
Cons: The furniture and decor is dated. The bathroom was small, no receptical.
Pros: Close to the bridge in Fort Erie with a pool. Always clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all amenities. We stay here to fish the area.
Pros: just where I wanted to be
Cons: nothing it was all good
Pros: Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
Pros: Very cleaned family motel close to the beaches of Erie lake (by car). Nice staff, very professional. There is excellent beer shop just across the road opened till 9p.m. We used wooden benches outsider for eating.
Cons: Nothing, just the aircon was very close to beds, so we could not use it at night.
Pros: A/C worked wonderfully. New fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Towels were bright white. Flowers at front desk were a nice touch. Ad mentions pool, but there wasnt one, unless it's the one in the back, with no water. When I googled mapped the route to get back to the motel, they showed a cheaper rate then I was paying!! Beer can under the bed and we didnt bring Alcohol.
Cons: Front desk was nice, but hard to understand. TV didnt work properly. Outdated, chairs peeling and hurt to sit on. Microwave didnt reach outlet.
Pros: Location. Room is a good size.
Cons: A bit expensive for the condition of the motel. No coffee maker in the room.
Pros: close to border USA
Cons: not having the bill ready at check in with the taxes on it

Pros: Great space for groups!
Cons: Contacted the host about a issue with the fire alarm, never got a response during the whole stay.
Pros: There was plenty of room and everything we needed.
Cons: The house smelled when we arrived of stale food. Once we opened the windows and aired the place, it was fine. There were no paper towels or toilet paper as promised for the first day. We were only there for 1 day.
