I sent my work crew here from 3 hours away for an out of town job. I prepaid this on kayak.com with a company card. Upon check in, the lady at the desk would not let them check in without the COMPANY card that booked the room present. Would not let me give the information over the phone and was very rude about it. I will never book here again for out of town trips.
Good location and price. Beds were not in the least bit comfortable.
Breakfast 12pm. checkout
The staff was awesome, they treated us like family and made us feel at home. Loved that they baked us cookies! I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The hotel was a little dated
The desk staff was warm and well trained. The room was immaculate and I couldn't be happier with Cambria. They also have a nice lounge to grab a drink. Beautiful interior decorating. Not a thing.
Enjoyed the restaurant/bar in the hotel! Wished the pool was a bit bigger and that for the price, it offered continental breakfast!
I liked the rooms and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the highway and several restaurants. I had packed my things up and left BUT I had not checked out and/or notified anyone that I had left. I only stepped out for breakfast with a friend but planned on returning to finish some work. When I came back the housekeeper had the room stripped down and was in the middle of cleaning it. Check out is at 11:00, this was at 9. Also the other reason I had left for breakfast was because they charged for breakfast.
Free breakfast and fridge in the room Shower would not turn off and tv was extremely slow
I thought the complete breakfast menu excellent and convenient. It was tasty and a nice assortment of breakfast foods. Everything was fine for me and my husband.
Very clean, nice rooms, TV has sleep timer (important to me). Staff was terrific.
Very nice, very clean, good location, friendly staff. Heat/air unit was very loud and was making a terrible sound, hotel was at capacity so no change in room available. Adjusted settings on bed to make softer, but wasn't soft enough for me.
Nice and clean hotel.
Clean, mostly quiet, easy access to highway but without street noise. as with all three star hotels on weekends, a huge group of kids in town for a sports tournament running around the halls while parents sit downstairs drinking.

Very clean room No
AT CHECK-IN, WE WERE IMMEDIATELY GIVEN AN UPGRADED ROOM DUE TO A MINOR RESERVATION CHANGE THAT HAD BEEN MADE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. CHECKIN STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING.
Excellent hot breakfast, even though it is an additional cost (not free like we thought). The beds are very hard, and they have construction going on with no parking in front making for long walks to a door.
Attentive friendly staff, clean place No free breakfast
The room was great. The complimentary water was nice along with having a keurig. It would have been much nicer if there was a complimentary breakfast.
Rooms were very nice and clean, beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Staff was profusion all friendly and helpful. Lobby and elevators very clean and modern. Yes. Two years ago we stayed at this location and had the same problem with the hot tub. It would run for about 15 minutes and then trip a breaker and hot tub and lights would shut off. Would hope they would get electretion in and fix problem!
Very nice place to stay...
The staff was friendly. the breakfast was more than satisfactory. my children and I enjoyed the swimming pool. the room was well maintained and clean. checking in and out was prompt.
Quick overnight stop Our carpets had been cleaned that day, so our rooms smelled damp, but they gave us a $20 credit per room. Kudos!
Great price for a comfortable, clean hotel!
Location was convenient to where we needed to be at. We also requested a late check out and it was accommodated. The breakfast was lacking taste. The bacon was not real. The pre-made cheese omelets were cold, cheese hard, and eggs not cooked. I've stayed at many hotels in this chain and this was the worst breakfast by far

Very nice rooms, either fairly new or well kept. Also conveniently located. Nothing really
The location for the event I was attending The world pool was not working. The hotel put a $50.00 charge on my visa for some reason. I checked out four days ago. I'm sure I will have to call to get that amount credited back to my account.
Fair location. Good breakfast. Clean. TV remote was missing, got one when we asked for one that night. That night only one channel worked. Remedied by our last night. The shower switch sent more water down the drain than through the shower.
Hotel did not have a pull out sofa bed as mentioned.
Great location, easy to get to. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were super!
The bed was very nice, the location easy to find, the staff was great. Everything was very clean. The pillows were not very comfortable
We love this hotel and always have. Location is great and will continue to stay when it fits our needs to be in a certain place .
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a good mattress There was nothing that I saw as a negative
Very modern! Nice staff! Very nice facities! Stains on some of the linens.
Breakfast was good, and the layout of the breakfast area was very good. Registration area large and clean. No refrigerator which didn't make sense to my husband and me. Toilets are, most definitely , not for anyone over 55; way too low.. Didn't like the laminate flooring - we seemed to be making sticky sounds as we walked so I can only assume they aren't cleaned on a regular basis.
Good location, friendly staff, breakfast was pretty good considering it was free (as long as you didn't want pancakes). Floor in bathroom was uneven preventing door from opening/closing correctly. TV Remote was broken, TV reception/picture was terrible. Pancake machine was broken. Pool area was not as nice as pictures and was out of towels every time we went in.
Good for couple or solo travelers. Not enough room for babies. Didn't get enough sleep.
I attempted to cancel one week prior to the date of the trip becasue our plans had changed. I was told I could not cancel and would be charged the full amount. Because I could not go I lost over $130. I will never use kayak or Holiday Inn again.
Very nice, clean and comfortable room in a good location. Good breakfast choices in attractive surroundings. Elliptical in workout room a plus. Warm pool! Evening staff could be more friendly and helpful.
Clean rooms. Nothing fancy but a nice place to get some rest. Staff was very friendly. I thought the price was expensive for what it is. I think this is in the range of a $65 dollar hotel compared to the $85 we gave. Some pics showed a hot tub but it is no longer there.
It was a hassle free stay..clean and nice Nothing was wrong with stay
Good location and friendly staff. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room, which was convenient. Hallways and parking lot were well lighted and clean. Breakfast was adequate, with protein (hard boiled egg, peanut butter) and hot (waffles) food available in addition to cereal and bagles. Cleanliness is an issue. Stained sheets and pillow cases, hair in the bathtub and on the toilet, and a musty smell to the room. While security seemed good overall, the locks on the side doors furthest from the desk looked as though they had been disabled.
The value of the rooms The rooms had been smoking rooms and smelled like smoke.
I like the convenience of the hotel to restaurants and shopping. My room had a refrigerator and microwave oven. Friendly staff. I would stay again. The room was not filthy, but could have been cleaner. I cleaned the bathtub the chrome fixtures looked a little soap scummy. I had to have my key card reactivated twice in two days.
The room appeared to be fine. However, in the morning my wife discovered an insect crawling on the sheet which turned out to be a bed bug full of her blood since she was the only one bitten in two places. We examined the mattress and found another bug which appeared to be dead, but began to move. We called the front desk and asked the desk clerk to come to Room 106. We showed him the bugs and evidence on the mattress where a bed bug had previously been killed. He apologized and stated the Manager would be in at 8:00 am and he would tell him or her. We could not wait for the manager because we had a funeral to attend. We have not had any response from the Days Inn.
What a gem! We had a great stay at Prairie Guest House. The owners made us feel right at home, the place was extremely cute and well cared for, and the food was delicious.
Absolutely beautiful setting and accommodations. We stayed in the Courtney room which had a full bath en suite. It was very relaxing and everything was clean and fresh. The breakfasts were outstanding! I've stayed in quite a few B&B's throughout my life and this was the nicest one I have yet experienced. The proprietors were very friendly, welcoming and really made you feel at home. When we return to Indiana, we will definitely return to this B&B! not one complaint!
The room size for the price was great! Room was clean and very organized. All furniture great condition! Saw some bad wall paper work around a light fixture over the vanity. Stuck out like a sore thumb, wondered why the small overwhelmingly obvious mistake of peeling wall wasn't fixed. When they restocked my towels they did not take the used face towels.
The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything but set back from the main road quite a bit so it's quieter. We are a young couple with a one year old; we stayed here for 3 nights while in town visiting family for Thanksgiving. We had to ask for more towels every day because they only gave us two bath towels - enough for the two of us adults but not for our little guy to take a bath after rubbing food in his hair every day. I went to the front desk and the worker sent ME, the guest, to go talk to the housekeeping staff myself, which I thought was sort of inappropriate. Isn't that the front desk worker's job? Also, our shower curtain rod was bent so that the curtain wouldn't close all the way on both sides, leaving probably a 6-8" gap on either side so our floor got soaked. We were right by a door to the outside which didn't close all the way, so we heard it slamming/bouncing late at night and early in the morning. If someone could simply fix the door so that it closed properly, the heater wouldn't be blasting in that stairwell and the door wouldn't slam so loudly. The free breakfast was nice, but I wish it ran later in the morning than 9am. It was a challenge to get all three of us out to the lobby that early. One morning, we had our "do not disturb" tag on the door til probably noon because we got a late start to the day. We were gone til after dinner; yet our room never got cleaned that day. I would think the housekeeping staff would make a note to come back later and check on the rooms that they hadn't gotten to. Noon isn't that late.
