Pick up was simple and quick, and they gave us clear instructions with an awesome selection of vehicles to choose from. Drop off was crowded/busy - but we didn’t have too long a wait, and the shuttle was very short wait back to the airport to make our flight.

False advertisement. I opted to pay more for a Mini, the price was higher than the regular car, but I wanted it. The reservation stated that I would be renting a Mini, there was a picture of a Mini. After paying and completing all documents they told me they would not give me a Mini but rather a Honda. Honda was a mini car according to them and they used a picture of a Mini only for demonstration purposes. Since I have already paid, there was little I could do, so I lost money. Typical bait and switch scheme.

The front desk clerk made it seem like it was required for me to carry their insurance. Her question was, "Do you want just the basic insurance, or do you want the premium insurance." At first I told her just the Basic, but then as I was filling out the initials on the sheet I asked her, "But insurance isn't required if I have my own, right?" She said, "As long as your insurance covers it, no, it isn't required." I told her, "Okay, so my insurance will cover it, so I don't want the insurance coverage." She snatched the sheet off of the counter and said, "No worries.. that will just be refunded with your deposit." Instead, she turned in the sheet. I inquired with the manager when I got back and she was going to look into it and give me a call back, which has never happened. The front desk rep was there at the time I was talking with the Manager and we brought her over to get her memory of the situation. The rep said, "Yeah, that conversation is vaguely familiar. I do recall something like that happening", but that was it. The manager said she'd talk with her General Manager and return my call, which has never happened. The shuttle ride was fine, but the driver didn't get up and offer help for us to get onto or off of the shuttle. Throughout the experience, I felt like a Dollar Sign and not a human. As long as I'm out of their site, and they got their money, apparently they're good.

Overall is good, just as not a citizen of American,would like more explanation of the bill items. Quite a few items were not clear to study, thanks.

During booking, it was mentioned unlimited miles, but when I went to get the car, they said it's company policy to allow 200 km a day. This was surprising.

Horrible - I was charged more than the guaranteed quote. When I reached out to Fix - they pointed the finger at Goldcar. Goldcar says it’s Fox. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. You shouldn’t offer Fox on your service - they are a poor reflection on Kayak.
