Pros:Staff was incredibly helpful and good, at pick up and drop off!
Cons:Just not a huge fan of the particular car model, but it wasn’t terrible.

Pros:But the staff, led by Zach, moved quickly to find a solution. The whole experience was very possible and I do have to say that Zach saved the day. I will definitely be a return customer and spread the word that Enterprise goes above and beyond

Pros:They initially called me 5 minutes before picking up my rental arranged online and told me there were no cars and to go go a different location (where the rates would be different, longer commute in rush hour). However, upon arrival, the team worked out an acceptable solution.
Cons:Online availability being accurate with the store and the 3rd party vendor who I used to book this car.

Cons:I rented a sports car, meaning a Dodge Challenger or similar. When I got there, they were going to give me some mid-size 4-door. I told the employee that I paid for a sports car, and he said he knew that, but it didn’t matter because I will take what they give me and they didn’t have any available

Pros:Enterprise is my "go to" car rental whether I'm traveling for business or pleasure or just need a loaner car. I've generally always had great experiences. One of the things I like the best is the no smoking in the car policy and the cleanliness of the cars.
Cons:This time, the car was disgusting. It was dirty AND someone had smoked in the car. It reeked of smoke and some kind of fragrance that was unsuccessfully sprayed in the car to mask the odor. Because the walk from the Enterprise desk to the car was far, my husband and I had large bags and it was late at night, we didn't go back and trade out the car immediately.

Pros:We reserved a minivan. Young man (Lane?) behind desk was very helpful - offered to bring the minivan around for me, then came back for a different set of keys because first minivan had a greasy window. Second minivan was low mileage (7,000) and very clean. Drp off was very easy.
