Pros:Very simple, easy & pleasant experience.

Cons:I extended the rental, it was all online. I would have liked to talk with someone to be reassured I was doing it right. Lack of access toll-free, or the local office bothered me.

Pros:Easy drop off.
Cons:Vehicle was okay, but what was advertised was a Jeep Compass. I didn’t see any Jeep vehicles anywhere. They were all Mitsubishi suvs, which are rather tinny and basic. Advertising should say “Mitsubishi or similar”.

Cons:My car want ready and would have had to wait an hour for it. Took a different car, was kinda dirty.

Cons:The car was dirty, specially under the seats(chips, small pieces of paper, etc). I had to vaccum it just I left the FOX parking lot.
