I did not get the rental. They called me several before my rental and told me they had no inventory. They said KAYAK does not check inventory before allowing people to make a reservation. I was very disappointed.

All personal were extremely friendly and helpful. The vehicle was very clean and I had no surprises. I'm extremely happy with my choice of company and experience

I had to wait over an hour to get my vehicle. The girls at the front desk - Alexis - were friendly and helpful.

8.0 Very good
It was just okay. The ticketing scheme to pick up the car was not being followed. The desk agent was professional. The car was not good - the wipers need to be changed, it sounded rough when running, and the automatic shifting was really rough in gears 1-3. The drop off seemed a bit disorganized but the guys working were definitely hustling, if a bit brusque.
