Cons:The rep at car return printed out my receipt and I discovered that they were billing me almost $100 more than my original contract. I went to the office and discovered that I was being billed for gas (car gas tank was full & she never got into car to check gas gauge) ,,
Pros:The car had been damaged and repaired .
Cons:The agent lied to me !!! When I called and asked if that car had PREVIOUSLY been damaged and he said they would send out a reservation that had damaged.
Pros:They made me waiting for 2 hours to alot a car I missed my meeting, messed up my scheduled for that moreover faced loss for it.
Cons:Gas tank was not filled up as stated in the paperwork.
Pros:Good price, shuttle right to the airport on return
Cons:Their rental lot is NOT part of the main rental car facility, so separate pickup call is needed. Limited hours for pickup and return. Older car with some mileage.
Pros:There was only one person serving at Budget car rental where Payless customers are also served after office hours. There were 5-6 people ahead of me and after a long flight, it was painful to wait your turn around midnight.
Cons:There could have been more people serving based on demand.
