Guests say
Most guests complained about poor cleanliness, safety issues, and non-working elevators. Many reviews mention bugs, bad odors, and a generally run-down environment. However, a few guests appreciated the large room sizes and found the staff to be polite and helpful in some cases. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives, but some aspects like room size and service received limited praise.AI-Generated from customer reviews
